“This is my local smoothie king, so my rating reflects my expectation of the location as part of the chain. It's clean, the smoothie I normally get (the hulk) and the Egg & Avocado toast are pretty good. I've not had a bad customer experience there, and find the establishment to be fairly well maintained even when under a heavy customer load. Wait times can be a bit long, but not so much that it's unbearable. It's a comfortable space and the staff (and other customers) tend to be rather friendly and social. Overall it's a pretty good spot.“

“7 Brew Coffee you had no way of knowing but yesterday at your Madison Tennessee location we were getting coffee and the staff saw our dogs and the staff were so excited to give them a pup cup and treats. What you didn't know was that was the last full day with our Sasha and it made it more special to get that treat. “This E Rose is the best one ive been to so far. The atmosphere and cleanliness is great. Good music and brightness and its always so chill. The food has been great as well and very refreshing. Has to be the peak of superfood bowls. I look forward to mixing it up every time I go.

Now for the BEST part. The STAFF Its rare for someone to know your name. I was stunned when Ilona called me by name and said she remembered because I have a cool name and i use my rewards often. From then on I got to know Miyan, Hannah, and Sam through casual conversation each time i visited. Warm smiles and always friendly. I started to drop by just on paydays but I find myself in here 2-3 times a week now i added it to my budget. Highly recommend you come in and meet these amazing people and have some great food.“

“Worst service and food I have ever had at cinco de Mayo. We normally go to the White Bridge Road location. We always have great service but the Hendersonville location today was really really bad. The waitress was really rude. She did not speak or understand English very well. I will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone.“

“Before I give praise, I will clarify that certain juice and açaí options do run out really quickly so be sure to get there an hour or two before they close! Other than that, their juices are amazing and they have a cool little program that lets you redeem a free juice for buying several which I like. The juices last 3-4 hours after opening and 3 days if you’re just refrigerating them; be mindful these are unpasteurized and perishable so I only get two at a time when I go.“

“Today I went through the drive-through around 1pm. I had the pleasure of speaking to the sweet young lady at the window. I don’t remember her name, but we spoke about books. It’s lovely to have someone show even the smallest amount of interest in your day. It shows acknowledgement and genuineness. I love that type of customer service!“

She was also very knowledgeable about the menu, helped guide my order with confidence, and made sure everything was exactly right.

What I appreciated most was her hospitality and patience — she didn’t rush me and made the whole interaction feel easy and pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely warm, but Tracey is exactly that.
