“This location opening near our house was our first time learning about Scooter’s but man are we glad it’s here! The customer service is truly outstanding…such a pleasant surprise at a time when customer service is a dying art in so many business. The team here isn’t just good, they’re fantastic. Every single person is so friendly, makes a genuine effort to ask how you’re doing or if you have any fun plans and they’re just so chipper and sociable. Not to mention the coffee is great, the “scoot on around” is marketing gold, and their branding is 10/10. Also, if you’re a sugar free coffee drinker, one of my fave things is that they actually offer their seasonal drinks in sugar free options, which very few places are good about offering, so I love that I can join in on the festive drinks here. You guys do an amazing job and we appreciate you!“

“There’s a LOT more than just juice here! Sandwiches, wraps, bowls, salads and smoothies too. We shared their breakfast sandwich and the immunity builder juice. Both were really good. My favorite was the chicken pesto sandwich - it was excellent! Great food, organic ingredients, warm and friendly folks - I highly recommend this place!“

“This is honestly the cleanest Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. Every time I come in, the store is spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff always makes the visit feel good.

I also had the chance to run into the store manager, and she was an absolute doll. You can tell she takes pride in the store and the team.

I want to give a big shoutout to Jamaih, aka Mimi. I hope I spelled her name right, and if I didn’t, don’t get me! She always has a smiling face, great energy, and makes customers feel remembered. I come in enough now to be known on a first-name basis, and that really says a lot about the customer service here.

Management definitely needs to know this location is doing something right. Great service, great people, and by far the cleanest Tropical Smoothie I’ve seen.“

“This Tropical Smoothie is larger than other TSC I've been to. There were also twice as many employees and four times as much foot traffic. Despite the customers coming in and out only three people stayed to eat. All other orders were carried out or Door Dash orders. When our smoothie and bowl was brought to our table the employee sat it down and walked back to her station without acknowledging us at all. We said thank you and it was as though she didn't hear us. It may be because she was about to go home. We were her second to last customers. I still found it off putting. The cafe was clean. That was nice.“

The fries really stand out because they are made fresh instead of using frozen. The chicken sandwich is my favorite thing on the menu. It is a fried chicken breast on a bun. The breading is delicious and somehow they manage to keep the chicken from drying out.“

“I made the dangerous mistake of visiting The Blend during a busy period and ordering something that was, apparently, being made fresh instead of teleported directly into my hands.

The staff committed the outrageous act of informing me that my order would take about 15 minutes. At first, I was shocked. Fifteen whole minutes? That's nearly enough time to read a few emails, scroll social media, question my life choices, and return to the counter.

While waiting, I noticed something alarming: people kept coming in and ordering. Clearly, the business has made the catastrophic error of becoming popular.

When my order finally arrived, it was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I ordered. The employees were friendly, the place was clean, and nobody once suggested they possessed a time machine.

If you're looking for food and drinks made fresh by actual humans instead of a Star Trek replicator, this place is fantastic. If waiting 15 minutes for a made-to-order item causes you emotional distress, I would recommend bringing a paperback novel and perhaps a support group.

I've been wanting to try E + Rose for a while, but I usually avoid places that use a lot of tree nuts on their menu because I have a tree nut allergy and some restaurants aren't always great about taking allergens seriously. I got the avocado toast and asked for no cashews. The girl taking my order was so nice and accommodating!! She asked if I had an allergy and let the kitchen know to avoid cross contamination.
