SunLife Organics - 12 South is a favorite smoothie bowl place in Nashville and the Bay Area. The Brazilian bowl with almond butter on top is EXCELLENT, and the Joshua tree latte is such a treat. The staff are so warm and always accommodate allergy requests. Customers were welcomed right away by very friendly girls. Vegan, gluten free, low sugar, and dairy free desserts are delicious. A wellness shot comes with a strawberry on the side to help pull back on the punch of the cayenne. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The Billion Dollar Latte holds up with great flavor and ingredients. Service is always super slow, but the healthy, quality options are worth it. Sunlife also has delicious avocado toast, paninis, and soup for lunch. A pepperjack panini and green goddess avocado toast are delicious and filling. Everything is made to order, so patience is needed. The restaurant is cute, fun, healthy, and a perfect light lunch for shopping.
