This was the best customer service I've had in a LONG TIME! I felt so welcomed! The vanilla shake was incredible!! “This place is beyond me! I never imagined a coffee shop being this popular , until I tried it. And now we are addicted. Their coffee and energy drinks taste wonderful. We haven't tried anything else they have YET, but they have a lot of other drinks! Even though the lines are long a lot of the times, they are usually quick about getting people in and out. Every single one of the staff always greet you with a smile and are always in a great mood. Their prices are fair. Only bad thing I have to say, I wish they didn't taste so good so I didn't spend all my money there!“

“The staff were so friendly, eager to walk me through the menu and help me find just what I was looking for! I decided on the açaí bowl, and got their most popular classic version. It was so filling and delicious. If I’m not mistaken I BELIEVE everything is vegan! I didn’t have a chance to try the coffee or more savory menu items but I would love to go back for these soon. They also have a grab-and-go case stocked with high-quality, healthy options.“

“Today I had the best experience ever, ordered my smoothie at Rosa Parks location at 2:14pm pulled up at 2:21 not expecting it to be ready for another 8-10 minutes, guess what it was ready thanks to the Awesome Amelia. I usually get the Daily warrior that’s my go to, but some of the others do not make it right, I've grown frustrated with ordering this at other locations that I just gave up but Rosa Parks Locations gave me hope. It was also a Manager there that came out the back she was so sweet as Amelia very helpful. You all have made my day thank you ladies. I’ve drank it for so long I can look at it and tell if it’s right. Amelia made my drink just right I took one sip and it was amazing as she was I will be going to this one from now on. “I have driven by this place many times, but never found the time to go inside. Yesterday I finally made it, and Maya was at the counter. I had never been here before, and she was so patient and helpful with me! She recommended her favorites and really took the time to explain the menu. You can tell she truly cares about the food and smoothies she serves. I was actually blown away by how clean and beautiful everything was from start to finish!!! Maya recommended the banana butter smoothie and holy moly it was incredible! I will definitely be back. The waitress was really rude. She did not speak or understand English very well. I will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone.“

“Great coffee shop experience. I didn’t try any of the food offerings, just coffee, and needed a place to stay for a while. After thoroughly searching Google Maps for a good spot, this has to be one of the better options. Nashville, in general, isn’t particularly known for its coffee shops.

There’s plenty of seating with plug-in options. The craft coffee was flavorful and smooth. I had their light roast. I really enjoyed the space itself, with wall-to-wall windows that make it bright and inviting, and a variety of comfortable seating.

It’s co-located with the restaurant and bar, The Goat, so it’s a nice place to transition from breakfast and coffee to brunch and a mimosa, which I saw someone do.“
