These girls make my morning everyday. Super friendly and fun! Love them! Great coffees no matter what ya get! Definitely recommend! ❤️
I love coming here, especially when Jasmine is here! She is so sweet and always recommends amazing drinks!
I love this location. They may get busy and have a line but they are speedy and have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I didn’t see the tall African American male today, somehow he seems to brighten my day when I do. He’s such a joy from his character to his knowledge on drinks. I truly love this location, whoever is in charge you’re doing great work with your employees.

Dutch Bros Coffee, located in the Rivergate area, is known for its friendly and energetic staff, always ready with big smiles and knowledgeable about their menu. The coffee shop offers a great atmosphere, making it a popular spot for coffee lovers. Customers appreciate the consistency of the service and drinks provided, considering it one of the best chain coffee shops around. The staff is described as fantastic, full of energy and enthusiasm, making customers feel extremely welcome. Many customers mention the great drinks like the "Annihilator" and the white chocolate freeze with soft top, describing them as "too good" and the best frapp they’ve had. The menu is full of unique combinations, including favorites like 9-1-1 coffee, loved especially on low-energy days. The employees are helpful, friendly, and seem genuinely excited to be at work, which adds to the positive experience. The shop stays open later than other places and accommodates dietary restrictions with options like oat milk. Despite a past incident involving a rude crew member, the overall reputation remains strong, thanks to excellent service, caring staff, and wide drink options. Customers also note that Dutch Bros doesn’t charge extra for ice, and they appreciate the quick, helpful service, such as fixing orders and offering free drinks or small treats to make customers feel valued.
