Cute little coffee stand in the 1Hotel lobby floor. They had later hours than some of the other coffee shops in the area which was much appreciated as I was trying to get coffee in the late afternoon and most other spots were closed.Decent wifi, lots of tables and couch seating. There's only 1 review for Neighbors, and the reviewer gave Neighbors 3 stars because they were a little disorganized. Something that happens. However, my experience was great, enjoying the beautiful and tranquil spot, excellent smoothie, and sweet employees/service. Thanks to Ruby and Mary Helen for being awesome.

Came here for lunch last Friday. I was greeted in a timely and friendly manner by the Bartender(Dallas). She helped me pick out a an IPA Draft and a recommended one of her favorite sandwiches(The Club w side of Brussel sprouts) The sandwich was excellent and the sprouts were baked perfect with a sweet caramelized drizzle.
