The One Hotel Rooftop Bar blew us away! Amazing skyline views, great food, and impeccable service. The music from DJ DTL Jams set the perfect tone for the evening. Can’t wait to go back next time we’re in Nashville!
Had an amazing 5 night stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are fantastic. The breakfasts are great especially the chicken waffle think my wife had this every day … we will definitely stay again outstanding hotel
One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Dishes were all well balanced, cooked perfectly, and cocktails were great. I got the trout and calamari. I never leave reviews but I’m surprised this place doesn’t get more play in Nashville

Valet parking is complimentary with your meal, but entrance is recommended from the west side. Overall, 1 Kitchen is a recommended spot to experience a relaxed, yet vibrant dining experience.
