“Each time we fly through Nashville, we stopped here to eat. The food is really good, and the service is top-notch. The manager, Maverick? I think, will be seen busing tables during busy times. The wait staff is always friendly. This time we had Tracy- a spunky gal with a great attitude. No matter what you order you can’t go wrong with a side of their queso. That wonderfully smooth hot cheese dip is good on everything. Also, most of the time we split when we go here- we get the double patty burger- it’s excellent!“

“I loved the dinner. I had a filet, done perfect, scallops, broccoli, potatoes and carrots. It was cooked beautifully. The hostess was a joy. The gentleman that looked like a manager was very cordial and offered me something to drink as I waited. I will be back. I had my to go. Wish I could of stayed to enjoy the atmosphere.“

“From the first bite to the last, ETCH delivered one of the best dining experiences we've ever had We started with the shrimp and squid bruschetta, and it immediately set the tone for the evening The seafood was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The salmon was beautifully prepared with fresh vegetables that complemented it perfectly. The filet was fork-tender with an incredible sauce, while the osso buco was melt-in-your-mouth delicious and paired beautifully with sides. The venison was tender, perfectly cooked, and seasoned to perfection. Dessert was unforgettable. The chocolate mousse à la mode was rich yet light, paired with creamy vanilla ice cream and a hint of passion fruit. Three of us ordered that. We knew it would not be for sharing. The blueberry sundae featured the best blueberries we've ever tasted. And then there was the chocolate peanut butter brownie ice cream. As someone who's spent years trying chocolate peanut butter ice cream everywhere—from roadside shops to gelato in Italy—I can confidently say ETCH's version deserves to be considered one of the best in the world. The creamy chocolate and peanut butter, combined with rich brownie pieces, made it absolutely unforgettable. Normally I'd recommend a favorite dish, but I can't—because everything we ordered was exceptional. My advice? Go with a group, order a variety of dishes, and share everything. Every appetizer, entrée, side, and dessert that hit our table was outstanding, and every single person left talking about their favorites. Deb Paquette is a visionary and deserves a standing ovation The quality of the food, the creativity of the menu, the impeccable service, and the very reasonable prices make ETCH absolutely worth the trip. It's rare to find a restaurant where every single dish exceeds expectations, but ETCH did exactly that. We left already planning our next visit. I am still thinking about the ice cream and how I can get some delivered to my house.“

We also ordered the heirloom tomato salad which was also amazing. The chef was super informative, polite and helpful. Would def go back. Only docking 1 star for service as our server was a little less attentive than I’m used to.“

David, Mikey, and Taylor went out of their way to make our experience incredible. David made us custom cocktails based on our preferences and he hit every mark. I will be visiting present tense on a weekly basis at this point based on the service alone (the great food and cocktails are just an added benefit).“

“Our dinner at Fancypants was really, really good. If I could rate it a 4.5 I would, but I think it's worth rounding up in this case. Tiernan was an excellent guide for the menu and really our whole evening - top notch service. Almost everything we ate was unique and delicious - the caesar salad, cauliflower, pasta shells, and the pork chop was probably the best thing (my husband could have licked the plate). The chai tiramisu was so weird and amazing all at the same time. Cocktails were delicious. Only the tuna fell short on flavor. Where Fancypants lacked for me was the atmosphere. If I could just sit in the outdoor space and not hear or feel anything around me... would have been great. It was incredibly humid the evening we dined there, and the fans didn't help at all. Also, sitting along Dickerson pike, there was a constant drag race of trucks and motorcycles who really distracted the dining experience. If I go back, I will definitely request indoor seating.“

“We came to Husk with high expectations for elevated Southern cuisine, and the quality of the food certainly delivered. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, and it’s clear the kitchen takes great pride in its ingredients and execution.

That said, we were a bit disappointed by the limited menu selection, as we expected a few more options. We also felt that some of the dishes were priced on the high side relative to the portion sizes.

Overall, it was a good dining experience, and we’re glad we tried it. While it wasn’t quite the value or variety we were hoping for, others looking for refined Southern cooking may still enjoy it. For us, it was a one-time experience.“

“My kids took me for my birthday. Walking in, the ladies at the front were very nice wishing me a happy birthday. Our waiter, Clifton, could not have been any nicer or attentive. My menu came with a Happy Birthday Anna written on it. The whole experience was really special. Everyone was just friendly and did their job over and above expectations. The food was very good. My daughter and I split a 12 oz Cowgirl ribeye which was perfect. My son got the Cowboy ribeye and he said it was amazing. The Mac n cheese was good. My DIL got the pasta primavera and she liked it. The butter cake was great and the waiter surprised me with Crème Brûlée. All very good. Great atmosphere. Definitely will be going back. Thank you for making my birthday memorable!“

“Velvet Taco has great tasting flavor combinations, But… the tortillas are cold grocery store type. I ended up just eating the inside of my tacos with chips because the tortillas reminded me of playdoh… change the tortillas to a more authentic (cooked) tortilla and it’ll be sooo much better!!“

Parking down on 5th broad and going up to the top is so quick and easy as well. The food is fresh, wine is delicious, and the atmosphere is a fun boho vibe. “we went to this restraunt during my husband's work party last night and it was amazing! the drinks were made so fast! they were made very well, you can tell that the bar tender really takes the drinks seriously in the best way! :) their very social and kind, they were super calm even through everyone getting their and getting drinks prepped and sent out, then the food was a solid 9/10! for me personally I'm a picky person but i loved just about everything, the servers and host were also very kind I wish I had gotten all their names to reccomend! the bar tenders name was Christian and he was truly wonderful at his job, my favorite was the creme Brule dessert, it was sweet and smooth and crunchy and perfect, I truly reccomend this place for a calm or social event where your able to truly relax in a wonderful little place ❤️ also the alcohol selection was really nicely selected i had tried the spicy sangria, pomegranate margarita, polar pear & blackberry something, they were also so good about telling the ingredients and what they like about the drinks makes it an easier selection, or they have bourbon for those who love a strong smooth drink“

We shared some appetizers, my sister loves wedge salad and this was the best one she’s ever had. The Almond risotto and the trout were so delicious we didn’t have room for dessert.
