“The only price on the menu was Xtra 250 for a side salad. Hot chicken tenders were hot and I ordered down from the heat I usually get so warning lol. But I enjoyed my date there. Easy to spend a bill in here thoParking: On back side we found a spot but they were fullKid-friendliness: Saw children thereWheelchair accessibility: Access 1st floor“
“Sam's is a regular go-to for lunch, happy hour or dinner. The draw is the location on Old Hickory Lake with a view of the marina. The inside dining room, covered patio and closed patio all provide views. Service is generally good, the menu is diverse from salads to full dinners. Try a bushwacker. They have a gluten free menu.Vegetarian options: You can order salads, sweet potato fries, potatoes and there is a veggie burger that's black bean based with sweet potato. It's very good.“
“Stopped here as the menu options were perfect for our group. Loved the atmosphere. Wide open spaces, music not crazy loud. Service was friendly. We liked they had an outdoor area with a fire pit, giant connect 4 and shuffle board, bowling and curling. Family friendly.“
“Logan is absolutely amazing! We were in town for my daughter's 21st birthday from Wisconsin & Delaware & he could NOT have been a better server! The food is phenomenal!!!! I highly recommend the poutine, garlic parm fries, Clyde's plant based burger was a tasty burger in general & the Dank Hash was incredible! Do not skip passed this place ESPECIALLY when Logan is working!!!!! Best server I've quite literally ever had!“
“Great low key burger joint in the gulch with a bunch of great beers on tap. I recommend popping over during a nice day to sit on the patio. Dog friendly and always offer a water bowl and treat. Everyone who works here is great and the manager always makes sure you’re enjoying your time and meal. Great spot!“
“Between my husband and I, we had the brisket, pulled pork, turkey, mac & cheese, cowboy beans, street corn, banana pudding, and a few of the frozen drinks - DELISH!!! I recommend everything we tried. Fun outdoor atmosphere where everyone brought their dogs reminded us of the Katy Trail Ice House in Dallas, which we miss since moving from D to N to Nashville.“
“What a welcome to Nashville! This quaint little corner location was the first place we visited, anxious to try Nashville Hot Chicken on our first visit. Our waiter Anthony was great, he made top-notch recommendations on food and drinks. We started with the Lacquered Chicken Skewer, it and everything that followed tasted amazing! We ate there 3 times during the week we were there. Thank you Party Fowl and Anthony, we will be back!“
“Got a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings to go. The bacon was super crisp, the lettuce was cold and crisp, and even though tomatoes aren't in season, they were surprisingly flavorful. The burger was seasoned perfectly. The rings were good and crispy, not too think, with a good batter. I loved the sauce. I will definitely be back.“
“Great place. The food was very good and lots of it. Many drink options & cold draft beer. The wait staff was phenomenal. The nicest and most fun crew we found in Nashville. Also lots of fun bar games to play while hanging out with friends. Highly recommend visiting this gem.“
“Amazing bar with an amazing concept. We felt welcomed and we really enjoyed our time here. We loved the tribute option and how they pay respect to those who served and defend. Wish there was some sort of pattern to the patches but it was fun looking through all of them“
“Burger was decent, average for bars but I’m spoiled by my travels…the atmosphere was off the chain and the music was so on point from my 90’s era! The bartenders were lovely and friendly! Definitely loved this place and will be ban next time I come through town! Thank you all for the wonderful time! Keep on keepin on!“
“Way too often in Nashville these days, I see places like this that suffer from cookie-cutter bar food, lackluster service staff and indifferent management. That's what makes having this sparkling gem in my neighborhood such a treat. Whether it's just the two of us out for a weeknight bite or a table of ten that we brought out for a special occasion, Twilight will make it great. Even on a game Sunday, with the place packed to the rafters, this staff will always make us right at home. And the menu is clever, well put together and varied enough to keep us in delicious selections no matter how often we go there. This is the kind of neighborhood joint that more locations around town deserve; I'm just so glad they opened up in mine!“
“Had a great time with friends. I don't know that the facility is anything special or unique but the food was above what I expected (chicken Alfredo? ) ? and the service was outstanding and friendly. Recommend if you're looking for a chill and good time with friends.“
“Had 2 guys playing music, while tvs were playing with volume on(alittle chaotic with that), bathroom was clean. You order at the bar and get a number and find a table. No wait staff so if you wanted a refill you had to get back in line at the bar. Staff was nice though.Parking: Right off a highway. Parking entrance was near a light so alittle hard to get out of. Shares space with a hotel.“
“I always thought I didn’t belong. Everywhere I went, I felt like I should be somewhere else. That is, until I found Germantown Jonathan’s and the bartender, gauge. I moved to Nashville for work 6 and a half years ago, and I’ve struggled finding my place in this city. I tried to honky tonks, but I’m well into my 50s now, so I just always felt out of place in “aldeans”. I tried dating apps, and even some local Facebook groups but they were normally awkward and just didn’t work out. I started going to Jonathan’s because I like their ranch dressing. I always sat at a high top table near the bar. One day, as I was wrapping up my chicken tenders, the bartender, Gauge, called me over to the bar. We sat and chatted for hours. I felt like I was talking to my brother again, who sadly passed away when I was a teenager from a rare gastrointestinal disease. What I’m sure seemed like a nothing interaction for him, completely turned my life around. I started going back more. Gauge convinced me to try new foods I had never eaten before. New beers from breweries I’d never heard of. One day, gauge calls me over to the other side of the bar and introduces me to a woman. She had just moved here recently, so I told her I know what it’s like moving to a new city. We sat and talked for the rest of the day until they closed. Gauge kept sending encouraging glances when she wasn’t looking. I walked her back to her apartment and made sure to get her number. This was a little over a year ago. I’m writing this today because tomorrow I’m going to ask her to be my wife, and I hope Gauge will be one of my groomsmen. Germantown Jonathan’s and Gauge turned my life into nothing but pure bliss. Thank you Gauge. You’re a great person and everyone thinks so.“
“Scoreboards is always a great time! Killer wings, fresh pork rinds, and a fully loaded sausage and cheese platter are some of my favorite go-to dishes. Management is awesome and the entire staff does a fantastic job even when they’re slammed- which you can definitely expect on a Sunday because it’s the place to be for some Spazzmatic fun!Parking: There is a HUGE lot in the back and on the side of the building. It can get a bit more crowded on the weekend evenings because it is shared with several neighboring venues, but I have always been able to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: There’s an outdoor area with games like corn-hole and kid friendly menu options like chicken tenders etc. Lots of fun for kids in the daytime specifically.“
“All three pool tables are solid. Plenty of clearance. On Friday night, there WAS karaoke but it never bothers. The disc jockey and dancing is separate from the gaming area.It was busy both nights I went in last week. Lotta friendly local folk enjoying libation.Top notch staff - Chelsea & Jennifer are terrific.Chelsea walked out from behind the bar to lay down the law on rowdy youngsters. I remain impressed, but fellas - what are you doing? All pool tables are taken. Name goes on the list. Only half my cider's gone before I'm called. No quarters or cash nonsense. The customer is charged according to how long they have the table. The staff keeps track on your tab.No fuss. Friendly professional staff.Clean billiards.“
“Neighbors is a staple bar in Germantown. They have really good drink specials and if you’re looking to watch any games, they are probably one of the best places to go to. Tons of TVs, they extended their outdoor patio, and when it’s packed during game day, it’s a VIBE! Highly recommend!“
“We've been coming here for years and we love this place. We live in Tennessee but we were born and raised in Chicago and this is just like a Chi town neighborhood bar. Everyone is friendly, food is awesome, and atmosphere is so fun. We've watched Cubs and Bears games here and had a blast. Probably our favorite East Nashville bar!!!“
“Beware the Metropolis parking lot across the street is a $46 flat fee (with tax), even for short term parking on a quiet midday. No one tells you that when you scan the QR code and give your credit card number.Parking: Beware the Metropolis parking lot across the street is a $46 flat fee (with tax), even for short term parking on a quiet midday. “Amazing! Found it in a whim and read the fantastic reviews so we had to try it! The hummus dip and pretzels are a great starters! Portions are huge! Mac n Cheese, chicken and waffle bites, burger and pulled chicken sandwich were all fabulous dishes! Service was friendly and everything came out in a timely manner! Shout out to Bella our waitress she was wonderful! We never felt rushed and got to just sit back and enjoy our drinks, food and time! Will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Nashville!“
“Fun atmosphere and food was great. Unfortunately the service was a little alow but nothing that would stop me from coming back.Kid-friendliness: Kids play area outside in backWheelchair accessibility: Nice walk uo from street without obstacle.“
“Went last night and had an absolute blast! The band sang Trump's theme song too. Only gripe was that most of the tunes were 90s rock, I would have preferred all country.Be aware that prices downtown are a little more expensive than everywhere else. The craft beer was $9 at the places I went, which is not much more than the Chicago area.“
“Came to Nashville with my boyfriend on a whim and decided to do a ghost tour that launched from this location.Only doing basic research it was only a mile from the Broadway area where his concert was. I was like oh I can walk a mile no big deal. Just a heads up it's a mile through a whole lotta nothing. So I would not advise to do this as a female I got pretty lucky and no one was around my entire walk.Well I made it to the bar it's a cute little hole in the wall type place. The bartender was really great and was able to make me something I liked even though they ran out of stuff to make my go too drink but meh it happens. Also since he knew I was alone by the end of the night I felt like he was slightly looking out for me when someone tried to buy me a drink. He knew my boyfriend was coming to get me and also have a beer before we left. They had live music like almost every other bar in the area so that was nice too. So I would definitely recommend getting a drink or two before your tour if that's how you end up here.“
“1st time there after passing it for several times. We really enjoyed the menu and food specials. Great drink selections. Staff was exceptionally nice and friendly without being locals or regulars. Their daily food specials have enticed us to come back. The bartender was knowledgeable, friendly, and made terrific suggestions. We will be back next time in town.“
“I enjoyed every moment there , IIt was my birthday a day my daughter's took me there and I had a great time , great food , the section we were seated at was great just all around a nice place to hangout and watch all types of sports!!“
“Place is really good mainly a bar with second floor view seating available on first come first serve and as its popular spot in the bar so its always high in demand. We love our visit here every time as DJ is amazing and service is really great.“
“Came to Barlines to see a band that we seen at a different location. Joe was our waiter and he was very great!! Very pleasant and attentive to all of his table. We enjoyed our time here that we came for lunch the next day and Joe was our waiter again! Again very helpful with suggestions. Highly recommend this place for food and live entertainment. We recommend the wings and the pretzel for dessert!! Looking to our next visit to come back here!“
“I've been twice and plan to go back this week, for one big reason - the happy hour. Getting drinks priced like this takes me back to Nashville of the 2000s. Such a treat! I had the Reuben last time I was there, and it was good. Even if the food were the equivalent of a smoking turd, I'd give this place five stars for the happy hour. Do yourself a favor and try it out.“
“So I love Sam’s! The food is tasty, and service is good. However, last night I ordered the chicken finger/rib platter and was disappointed. My issue is the size of the chicken fingers(and a a little bit the quantity of sweet potato fries)…all 3 chicken fingers were small, with 1 no more than a nice nugget- I did not mention this to my waiter since everyone was slammed. Please revisit the prep work and make sure folks are receiving what they hope for…thanks!“
“Don't look at the online menu it's wrong. Nice little sports bar just outside of the Nashville Arena (Bridgestone) on the south side. Expect to pay to park anywhere downtown.I stopped in for lunch. I was working and gad ice tea and the big stack sandwich. Really good.Plenty of beers on tap for outside of working hours.“
“Our company had a Halloween party at this place ans it was a BLAST‼️‼️ I’ve been back plenty of times since I love the open floor, the place was so cool with its own beer pong table, tons of screens for parlays and the bar and food is amazing! only place in Nashville to get that experience definitely recommend swinging by anytime of day!“
“I love this place!! I had not been here before and I've now been 3 times in a month! The setting is sweet and fun, the food is delicious, and the service is way above average! Sara Nall is the best I've seen in a long time!! She anticipates our needs and adds a lot to the experience.“
“Great sports bar to catch a game, especially during NFL season (it is known as a "Philly bar"). Great beer selection and good food for a pretty great price. Tons of TVs and pretty decent service - could be little quicker but it's not a huge deal. Great place for groups as well.“
“I enjoyed the experience. Just what we were looking for in a sports bar to watch the SEC tournament. Better food than would expect for sports bar. Drinks were good but had a lot of ice. Environment was fun with music. Lots of space. It was a great time!“
“Decent spot to grab some lunch, watch a game, and sip on draft beer. It's a little pricey being located inside a hotel. More of a hotel restaurant for business travelers than a pub/ sportsbar but they had a nice selection & friendly bartender.“
“Kendall was our waiter and he was great! The Reuben was the best I’ve had. The kraut was dry, the dressing was just enough, and the butter on the bread was perfect, so the toasted rye did not get soaked like so many others I’ve had. Side of fried okra did not disappoint either.“
“We loved this bar, it's super tucked away but it's open to the public! You don't have to be going to the arena to eat or drink here. Zoe was our bartender and she was absolutely amazing. All of the food and drinks she recommended were spot on. We will definitely be coming back. OH and there's so many TV's!“
“Our dine in experience was awesome, Bree who was our server was so nice and helpful with our order. The deep dish pizza was so good! We have already ordered from there again for take out and it was great! They are not stingy with the ingredients like some other places. Will defo keep going back to this restaurant. Loved the graffiti artwork inside too!“
“It was good. We went on a Sunday before lunch crowd came in. The food was good but not the best, my veggie sandwich was pretty flavorless. But the fries were good and the pretzels for an appetizer were good too. The service was great. We never needed anything because our server was on top of it.“
“This place was packed!! when we got there. Its a nice little vibe with a lot to do if you want to wait on games. We got drinks and walked around watching people play games because the wait for duckpin bowling was 1.5! Definitely a place you want to reserve/book ahead of time. They have a lot of free options as well so that was great. We really enjoyed our time there. Even the workers were super nice and the washrooms were clean.“
“This is a local dive bar with a fun crowd. Beer was fairly appropriately priced at $3 for a domestic bottle. Shot of Jameson was pricey, but she poured it stiff, so that was alright.I asked for a pickle back, and she told me “we may have it but I ain’t going back to look for it.” And while that sounds annoying it was actually rather humorous at the time.Friendly and eclectic crowd. I’ll be back.“
“My sisters and I chose this for dinner on a night out in Nashville because the food was affordable and the reviews were good. However, the service we received was truly stellar! Our waitress Cidney as well as the host Justin were incredibly kind and handled the busy night with ease!! I would definitely recomend!“
“This was our first time to the Topgolf in Nashville and couldn't be more pleased. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend golfing here. The staff was great. They were all very pleasant, courteous and professional. It was pouring rain, but we still had a blast. Thanks to our server Ryan, he was great.“
“I had my company Christmas party here last night in one of the karaoke rooms. KFS took great care of us, and my staff had a blast. It helps that everyone who works for me is a 20-something, but even an older guy like me managed to let his hair down a little bit on the mic.“
“Obsessed with the bartenders here. Best service ever. Great Caesar salad, chicken sandwich, & nachos. I came here ever since I moved back to Bellevue. I'm moving to CO but I'll always be grateful for them. Such solid, loving, respectful individuals. Only reason I come here. Daniel loves y'all! Thanks for everything. Best bar in Nashville in my opinion...coming from L.A., everything just sells me here. Thanks again.“
“Had chicken fingers that were fresh cuts of chicken breast that melt in your mouth for lunch sonqe came back for dinner and the Cajun burrito that just left you wanting more and more. The brisket quesadillawas piled 2 inches thick of beat a fabulous flavor.Don't let the name of this place fool you! The food is better then any beer you e ever had.“
“First time at Jonathan's. After a hard day helping family with maintenance on the farm, we were hungry for a good burger. This place hit the spot! The food was fantastic, the service was cheerful and quick, and the atmosphere was comfortable and informal. Exactly what we needed! This was one of those great finds! We will be back when we're in Nashville!“
