“Amazing food and love the concept! It’s my first time in Nashville and the service and core mission here really blew me away. Yes the smoothie was excellent and I bought a few more things to try today but more so - love that it’s food as medicine and not just a marketing slogan. Sad I can’t return to this place back in California (but maybe someday you’ll deliver or come out!)“

“The staff were so friendly, eager to walk me through the menu and help me find just what I was looking for! I decided on the açaí bowl, and got their most popular classic version. It was so filling and delicious. If I’m not mistaken I BELIEVE everything is vegan! I didn’t have a chance to try the coffee or more savory menu items but I would love to go back for these soon. They also have a grab-and-go case stocked with high-quality, healthy options.“

“Incredible experience! They went out of their way to help me pick up my order (after the third-party delivery was having issues and I decided to pick up the food myself), guide me to the location when apple maps wasn't helping, and even included extra snacks while refunding the delivery fee. Truly above and beyond!“

“This is such a cute spot with great offerings! My personal favorite is the grilled chicken wrap. Absolutely delicious and so filling. Karla is a wonderful owner who goes out of her way to make sure each customer is happy. She’s open to hearing the types of things that the community loves to consume! So important and invaluable to have that kind of flexibility. I highly recommend stopping by to try something on the menu. I can’t wait to go back.“
