“Tried Barcelona Wine Bar for the first time on 3/24/24 to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a group of her friends. I was very impressed with the speed of service for a group of 9 of us. The waitstaff were very helpful in answering our questions and making sure we were taken care of. The food is top-notch. My wife got the seafood paella (pictured) and it was so flavorful and beautifully cooked! I got the flank steak, potato, and mushroom tapas which were all very good! The reason for 4 stars instead of five is because they were out of a surprising number of menu items that a couple people in our group wanted. My wife and I will definitely be back!Parking: Street parking is pretty crowded, but there is a paid lot across the street from the restaurant. We paid $12 for 2 hours.“
“So so so Worth the wait, but warning if you show up and your 10th in line, your chance is low to get in. Try to get your tickets ahead of time, but this is truly a race! The experience was amazing. The talent was amazing and I loved the circle they were in. The whole setup was much more quaint and personal, but you seriously need to keep your voices down or down speak at all (out of respect). Definitely a need to do when in Nashville!“
“This is a great place to come and relax and play with kitties and perhaps take one or two home! It is apparent how well these cats are cared for, and they have created such an inviting habitat for them. I always love “kitty love” and this is the place! Their T-shirts are great and I grabbed three of those as gifts for my friends, which also helps keeps the organization running. A place to visit again and again!“
“We had a blast at culture and co! We live in the area and can’t wait to go back. We seriously could not identify anything we did not like. Shout out to the brûléed Brie and the chai pecans. Everyone was so helpful and kind even though we kept them busy, grabbing about 1 of everything. They seem to have the recipe for the secret sauce of making sure you feel very well taken care of without feeling harassed.“
“Had the bread and ombré cheese; farro and local mushrooms, trout; lamb; chocolate mousse and peach sorbet. Excellent food. Impeccable, relatable service. Nice ambiance. One negative- when the front door opened, a draft swept through. Loved our special 39th Valentines Day.“
“We started our meal with the crispy zucchini, paired with shishito peppers, which was absolutely amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the bacon-wrapped dates left much to be desired; they were rather bland and overpriced. Moving on to the burrata, it was delicious and a definite highlight. For our mains, I opted for the rainbow trout, which was farm-raised, and while I acknowledge this might be a concern for some, the taste and accompanying sides—pan-seared, snap peas, pickled fennel, lemon-dill aioli, marcona almond gremolata—were excellent. We also tried the Angus NY strip, which impressed us with its charred exterior and juicy tenderness, although it came with a steep price tag. Another standout was the braised pork pappardelle, featuring pork shoulder, fennel, San Marzano tomato, basil, and pecorino Romano—it was truly remarkable. Finally, for desserts, while I'm not particularly fond of cheesecake, my partner mentioned that it lacked sufficient sauce compared to previous experiences, so instead, I'd recommend trying the sticky toffee cake. Overall, a memorable dining experience with a few hits and misses, but the highlights certainly made up for any shortcomings.“
“Husband and I did bar dining on a Sunday with 815 reservations, great staff to patron ratio and we never were waiting on anything or felt like we were being ignored. Complementary valet with the hotel is included, I could see how if it were a busier evening or you did the prefixe dinner how you can go over that time and possibly end up paying, but we did not have an issue. Mushroom soup to start with was absolutely delicious and beautiful presentation. Husband had tile fish entrée and I had pork medallions which were both definitely tasty, but both a little over salted and the spice rub on the outside of the pork was a little over powering, but still a tasty flavor. Very delicious whiskey sour and Manhattan cocktails. No dress code is enforced but everyone seemed to have business casual/cocktail attire on, but there was only about eight other people in the restaurant. Saw several people around us getting oysters and caviar, so definitely would go here if that is your thing“
“Friendly service, chill atmosphere with a wide variety of interesting cocktail options. Stopped in on a whim and am super pleased I did!! Definitely recommended if you're looking for a great cocktail bar that isn't overrun but tourists/bachelorettes. It's TINY, but there's outdoor seating.“
“Beautiful setting! Great server who explained all dishes as if I were tasting them. Started the evening with a tasty Negroni followed by a Spring salad (laab) of radish/turnip. On to a scallop crepe under a tulle, delicate and full of flavor. Followed by catfish grilled in a banana leaf and perfectly seasoned, very good. Portions were good for a moderate hunger. Visit this restaurant for a dining experience! I will be back!“
“The space speaks volume. From the moment you enter the door until you leave, the concept of this restaurant is outstanding! Unfortunately, the service at times lacks, and I would like to know the type of training they offer to the staff. I've worked for a very long time in hospitality, so I am aware of what goes on behind the kitchen. From the moment you sit down, it shouldn't take more than 3' for a waiter to approach you. Not to mention the attitude some of them display when taking your order. I might not be carrying a Prada bag, but my presence as a customer should be valued at the same level.“
“Tried this place on a rainy Sunday and so glad we did. It was not very busy yet and we were able to immediately order drinks and food, which were absolutely delicious. I recommend the hummus! The bartender was very knowledgeable and helped us with our drink order. Also, this place has a great atmosphere and is very cute for a girls day, which is exactly what we were looking for!“
“It's hard to find something to complain about here. My wife and I had a great time on date night going to Geist. It's a really cool setting in a converted blacksmith, where they pay homage with horse artwork. I can't say enough about the food. You MUST try the rolls. I still dream about them. I ordered the risotto and it did not disappoint. My wife ordered the salmon and barely saved me a bite to try. Highly recommend and would also advise to make a reservation. We used open table.“
“This place came recommended by a few locals. We stopped by just for drinks for the great view and vibe and the wait staff was absolutely lovely, and the cocktails were amazing! Would absolutely come back if ever back in town! Food looks amazing, great views, well-made cocktails. Sits atop the Grand Hyatt property.“
“Everything we ordered was better than the previous one Tara mad choosing items perfect you could tell she had tried everything she recommended many times that kind of server knowledge makes navigating a menu so many great options increased all of us to be adventurous with some of our selections I even liked there Brussels sprouts and I don’t like Brussels sprouts but it held its own next to the broccolini a potato puree( so much more than a side of mash potatoes enjoy our whole party did“
“Tonight’s dinner was at Evelyn’s in the Hutton Hotel.✅Jalapeño Cheddar Corn Bread (must have)✅Short Rib (this was yummy and super tender)✅old fashioned (perfectly balanced)✅scallops (this was good)❌crab cake (not a fan - smaller crab bits rather than lump crab). Best ones are at Eddie V’s.Service was great. Quick and attentive. They offer complimentary valet (with validation at the host’s desk) and also there’s cashless tip option but there is a fee of $1.65 to use it. So maybe bring cash.“
“I visited this place during their first week of opening and I was pleasantly surprised by the vibe of the place overall although there weren’t many people there. I’ve been there a few times the following couple of months and they’ve still managed to be hidden (which honestly I prefer, less crowded and relaxed vibe)I loved that they have a pool table there and some seasonal cocktails along with the regular menu.Another benefit of having this bar in East Nash is that there’s parking, and if you don’t find parking up front, there’s additional parking at the back.Service/staff is friendly and will always recommend cocktails. They’ll also sometimes whip up cool mixes if you ask to be surprised. It’s priced slightly higher for this area but the pool table makes it worth it for me.Overall, I’ll recommend this place any day. I’ll be going there again for sure!“
“Jo was our server… she provided top notch service! I highly recommend her, she made sure we had everything we needed and made our 20 th anniversary extra special by making sure we had delicious meals and savory dessert~crème brûlée! Thank you for have the best Italian food in Nashville @makeready L&L!“
“Going in you know you're gonna drop a dime, but that aside it is a fine dining experience. Tomahawk Tuesday is a great deal you get a choice of salad, entree, 2 sides and a dessert for two people. I got the Caesar Salad very good , my entree was the NY Strip well done (I did that because they said that they tend to undercook it, however medium well would've been perfect) the sides we chose was the chipotle mac n cheese and the Fleming's potatoes both of which were delicious. This was a ton of food so we had the dessert to go and I ate it the next day. It was NY cheesecake with a strawberry sauce so so good . The ambiance was quiet and clean, love how the view is a McDonald's sign . Service was extremely slow though the one drawback. I am not blaming the waiter here, he was on point, think it was the kitchen. Oh yeah and the old fashioned sucked. Otherwise great experience, will return.“
“I forgot to make a review for my visit! However, although its months later I am still elated to make this review. Me and my partner wanted to have dinner in Nashville the day after Christmas 2023 (we live in Memphis). We originally set reservations for STK steakhouse. After looking at a few videos and reviews, we decided last minute to visit the Rutledge instead. We were greeted by I believe the manager Orbin. He was extremely sweet and made out visit one to remember! After informing him about our travels to have dinner in a different city he surprised us with some golden tokens to use for Nashville's one and only Moet vending machine. That was the highlight of my night. There was only one other couple there, so we had the place to ourselves. The ambiance, the experience, the food, and the staff made this a very memorable night. Thanks again to Orbin and his hospitality.“
“Dined in and had wonderful food while sharing all dishes with friends. Started with Caesar and meatballs, perfect for 3 of to share. Then, we each ordered a pasta dish and rotated them around the table as all were excellent. After, we topped it off the divine cheesecake... there was some great wine and a great mocktail in there too.The room is set just right so, even thought it's large, it feels warm and inviting.I'm so happy we have this in the neighborhood and can't wait to go for pizza!“
“We went here on a Saturday night with our friends around 6 PM. There were 4 of us and we managed to grab a table given that it was packed. It wasn’t very clear what kind of service was offered (self serve at the bar or table side), but we eventually ordered at the bar.The food was great. We ordered some steaks, their famous brussel sprouts which were indeed very good, some fries, and the prosciutto plate. We also shared a bottle of wine amongst our table. All the food came out piping hot and was all delicious. We had no complaints. The only thing that threw us off was after about 10-15 minutes when we didn’t know to order at the bar or wait for a server at the start of our visit , an employee came over to our table and told us to order all of our food at once and then close it out immediately. This was due to them only having one bartender that night. While we didn’t mind doing this, it was very off-putting. We felt like we were being forced to order and then leave. We felt rushed.Overall it was a good experience. We do not think we’ll be back given our off-putting experience. It’s a good place to grab a quick drink but did not feel like it was an inviting place to eat and hang out with friends for a few hours.“
“This is our very first stop once arriving to Nashville, and we are so happy we decided to give this place a visit! The staff is very friendly. The ambience is wonderful and the people and food are amazing! We were super hungry from a long flight early this morning and arrived just in time for brunch, and decided to give this place a visit. My wife and I both had wonderful breakfasts and even got something for our son. We will certainly be back and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville. Zoe our waitress was extremely attentive and did a great job serving us! She even provided recommendations which were spot on! Keep up the great work!“
“Enjoyed great salad and glass of wine with some girlfriends a few weeks back. Loved it so much I planned a private event. Had my husband's surprise 60th birthday party there. Charity, AJ, & The de'Vine House Nashville staff helped make it a very memorable occasion for our family/friends The de'Vine House is absolutely beautiful, such warm character, amazing art work, and courteous staff. They arranged delicious food through their caterer. Everything was perfect. Thanks again Charity & A.J. and God Bless!“
“I work next door and eat here at least twice a week. The food is amazing and if you go on Mondays it's 7.99 burgers and Wednesday is .99 wings (and they are huge!) Samantha (Sam) is an amazing waitress and takes care of us flawlessly!! Highly recommend!!!“
“Purchased VIP tickets for a comedy show and was able to be seated one hour before showtime for dinner. For this show, menu was tapas style and we enjoyed all ordered items. Also bought a bottle of the cabernet sauvignon that was on tap - it was a great pour, not too dry. Atmosphere was enjoyable, service was wonderful (shout-out to Zoë, our server!)The venue is hosting several acts in the coming months, hopefully I'll be able to return to the area to experience more of what City Winery has to offer.“
“I can’t speak to the food menu since I only got a glass of wine, but the wine was great! What actually prompted me to write a review was the woman working the bar—I didn’t get her name, but she was phenomenal. The tables all have QR code ordering and paying, so there’s no real need to be attentive, but she was making laps the entire time checking on everyone and taking orders or closing out herself for those who preferred that method. I wish I’d gotten her name, but to Arrington’s management, whoever you have working at the airport is fantastic!“
“Always a great experience when we visit this restaurant in multiple cities. Everything was delicious just one small issue...waitress never bought out the ranch I asked for and when I told her, my shrimp was already gone. No worries though, food was still amazing.“
“Hands down the best all around dinner experience in Nashville. Presentation was off the charts! This was our first time visiting, they had a “Christmas Eve” menu which looked delicious but we came with our hearts set on the steak; no questions asked the kitchen was happy to adjust, we received the best steak we have tasted yet! The staff was beyond wonderful, the atmosphere was perfect. Love love loved Yolan; this will be a must have every time we visit Nashville! Thank you Yolan for the perfect Christmas Eve experience!“
