“Ordered on DoorDash because there was a deal. One of the best Poke bowl places I have had in Nashville! So many ingredients to add and they were a fresh and flavorful. I don’t prefer raw fish so I can’t speak for that but the chicken and lobster were great. Loved the sauce choices as a well. Only complaint would be the price. They are a little bit on the higher end for poke for how much food you get.“

“We had a few friends out to go to dinner at Sunda. To start this review, Mario and Justin were awesome. It really seems like the staff works very well with Mario and has a good time. Our group gave a some creative license on the food to Justin, who was serving us. The whole experience was one of a kind and truly exceptional. We had a few bottles of wine and some of the sake. Everyone at the table enjoyed what Mario, the manager, suggested for appetizers. We started off with some interesting sushi, spicy edamame, and shishito peppers. One creation called the Great White was beyond belief. Try it if you are in. A few more sushi creations went around the table were the salmon crudo, the yuzu tuna, the tuna truffle pizza, and the smoke show (which was a cool little presentation). My wife had the Tom Yum Sea Bass which was short of amazing. I had the pancit canton with chicken, which was the simplest of all of the adult dishes. Justin brought out a huge "boat" of sushi for one of my friends. It was probably one of the most adventurous and tasty sushi dishes I have ever seen. If you have kids, you know it means a ton when your child really loves their dinner. Mario suggested a salmon bento box, of which the kid loved every bite. The lychee mochi ice cream was a great dessert to end with. Mario sat with us for a few discussing the food and my child trusted his opinion on food so much she tried her first, second and third salmon nigiri! To finish we had the Ube pie and the bibingka cake because I like Ube and Filipino food. The pie was great but the bibingka cake took the show. It had an amazing flavor profile. The service was probably the best I have ever had. The staff's knowledge of the menu and what will pair well was on point. We cannot wait to go back after the holidays! Billy Dec did an amazing job with this restaurant and definitely has the right staff for Nashville. Be adventurous with your food and enjoy your experience here. You will not regret it! “First trimester has me limited on food. Last night I was feeling so awful. Nothing heavy sounded good. Looked up places near us & they came up. It was 10/10 what my belly needed. The sticky rice was amazing , the miso soup was SO good. Got sushi too & didn't get a chance to eat it but excited for it today. Also, appreciate their side options. My kiddo wouldn't eat a full meal but the side option allowed us to get her something she actually would. 10/10 will eat again when in the area! Also appreciated the to go option & the wait time wasn't bad.“

“Got the Headbanger Shrimp to start. My wife doesn’t do spicy and she still ate half of it. We split the Crowd Surfer and a spicy tuna roll — the Crowd Surfer is a lot going on but it works, the seared tuna on top is the good part.

“Large portions at reasonable prices without losing quality. We visited from Gainesville Florida and travel and this place has the best miso soup. Their sushi was amazing and their portion were large. The staff was welcoming and friendly. If your from out of town and want to visit the local spot, this is it.“

“I have to give you all 5 stars, because of the great accommodations that you all made for my friend who has sensitivities to gluten and is also a vegan. I have 2 friends that have this background and my other friend and I went to a restaurant and they were unable to make accommodations and they wouldn't even use the gluten free sauce she bought brand new from the store. Whereas at Blue Sushi, not only do you all have a dedicated gluten free and vegan menu, you all even were able to adapt other menu items. So, I wanted to thank you on my friends behalf 🙏🏾.“

“We ate here for lunch, and a week later for dinner. Both times the food was wonderful! Perfectly seasoned and served hot and promptly. And we had enough to take home for another meal. The staff was solicitous and knowledgeable. The lunch is a real bargain. Take home and in the restaurant and both taste great! Try it.“

“We tried this lovely and delicious restaurant last night. The first thing I learned was they have two menus- one for sushi/sashimi and one for Thai cuisine. This review is about the Thai menu choices. Their menu is available online. There are many different and delicious sounding rice and noodle dishes with veggies that you can order with your choice of chicken, meat, seafood, or tofu. Their diverse menu also offers a tempting selection of fried rice dishes, appetizers, soups, and desserts. They ask you to let them know if you would like your dish to have some heat, and how much. Prices are comparable with or even less than other Thai restaurants I’ve been to. My brother chose red curry, made with coconut milk and mouth wateringly good with veggies, chicken, and jasmine rice. I had pho, a Vietnamese soup. The huge and certainly dinner-size bowl of oh so good luscious broth was filled with noodles, veggies, pork that I chose, and basil, bean sprouts, and slices of jalapeño pepper and lime on the side to be added as desired. I dumped them all in and dug in. Ummm umm SO good, YUM! We had mango sticky rice for dessert. If you like mangos, I’d say this dessert is not to be missed! The rice IS sticky. In fact it’s stuck together- sweet and especially delicious with the mango. The staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and warm and friendly. They enthusiastically answered my questions. We ate in the restaurant. Very clean and attractive. I completely recommend it! We really enjoyed the place, the people, AND the food. Try it!“

“Horu Sushi was a solid surprise. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and a salmon avocado roll and both tasted fresh with good texture. The rice was seasoned properly and the rolls held together well. Service was quick and the staff was friendly. Great for a fast sushi fix.“

“I can’t say enough about our dining experience! This restaurant is on my TOP list here in Nashville and I will now frequent. Everything from start to finish was superb! “7pm on a Saturday night, not busy but slow service. The goyza tasted "fishy" (do they put seaweed in the goyza here? That seems strange if they do), the sushi was ok but was unevenly cut leading to some comically large bites. The ramen comes with a fried egg, which just doesn't hit as well as a marinated ramen egg and the katsu pork I'm pretty sure what just a sysco pre-breaded pork chop which wasn't especially tender or flavorful. I have had better experiences here in the past but it fell way short of the mark this time. Also they seem to have some strange obsession with putting asparagus in almost everything, so if you love asparagus this may be your jam but I don't find it works great in sushi rolls.“

“So first of all excellent experience all around beautiful place beautiful views easy to get to easy to self park in the Sheraton garage . 10/10 service from our server Connor and the hostess Anniesia . Both employees were kind sweet and very welcoming . The negative isn’t shocking . The garage is $15 for two hours we missed it by 3 min and we had to pay $35 so if you go be back 2 min before the 2 hour mark ! great night out for our anniversary thank you Skye Lounge team . what we ordered was a 10/10 and from 5pm-6pm full sushi rolls are half off“

“I arrived around 2:30pm. I got food. Stopped to read for a bit and went back for food. By the time I returned around 4pm there were new items that were nicer. A staff person looked at me with a hostile expression and said that it was dinner time. She made it seem like I stole something. Then she took my bill and returned with a bill for $5. I wasn't concerned about paying more. Her attitude was what hit me. If it was my business I would let people know the dinner cut off so that folks know that any food after 4 would cost more. She could have been understanding/polite about it.“

We started with Squid Salad and Gyoza then ate our way through totally yummy Crab Bang, YumYum, Eel Nigiri, White Tuna, & Sweet Shrimp… crunchy and delicious! Then we topped it off with Mochi ice cream! Every bite was better than we’ve had in a long time on the road!
