“My wife and I were extremely blown away by the unique opportunity we had with chef Ryan. Never could we have imagined the tasteful 12 course meal made for us. Unfortunately my words fail to paint a proper picture of the quality and excellence of Ryan's skill and the journey to another world this was..thank you!“
“We live in the neighborhood so we called in an order to-go and used the 15% off flyer they left on our door. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere as it is unassuming from outside. Service was solid but the hostess was busy taking calls so I had to wait about five minutes before she was able to help me. Not a big deal at all. She grabbed the food quickly and I was on my way. I couldn't give a 5-star rating for service & atmosphere because we didn't dine-in so my experience was relatively limited. The food however, delicious. We were delighted because solid thai food is tough to find in the Nashville area. You pay for it as it's a little expensive. But what isn't these days. We are looking forward to getting back there soon.“
“I've been to numerous sushi places in Murfreesboro and a few in Nashville. This is by far the best sushi I've had in the area. It may be the best I've ever had. You can just tell the ingredients are so fresh and superior to what I've had elsewhere. Amazing!“
“This place needs more love than its given. Ive had some different Chinese foods recently here in Nashville but China town made me feel like a kid again. Enjoying some of the best Chinese food ever. like i had it for the first time when i was younger. This place has by far the best crab rangoon ive ever had in my life. 10/10 and 5 stars. Will highly recommend to anyone that is looking for good Chinese food.“
“My husband and I had a pre honeymoon get away to Nashville. We love sushi and were highly reccomended this restaurant… It was an amazing experience. Best sushi we’ve ever had and atmosphere/server was incredible!! We will be back ♥️“
“A really fun concept with the conveyor belt. Limited options with the carb choices, it's either ramen, rice noodle, or rice cake only, and the only vegetables that I saw that were green were lettuce, cabbage, broccoli and bok choy. This place gets BUSY. I was dining for one only, so I was seated immediately at the bar. Two of the sakes that I requested were sold out. They also have sushi, fruit, some side dishes like kimchi and seaweed, and dessert. I sure left feeling full.“
“This place deserves its perfect 5 star rating! The panang curry at a level 3 was one of the best I’ve had, and the presentation is so good! The Thai tea was nice and strong, and the crab rangoons are nice and heartyVegetarian options: Lots of tofu options for nearly every dish“
“I was walking and saw this place in a strip mall. It looked good, not fancy. The lady at the counter had a huge smile and was very welcoming. The ramen looked good so I got the Tonkatsu ramen with the Charsu pork. It was amazing. The broth was rich and silky, just the way it's supposed to be. The egg was perfectly cooked too. The mushrooms were good as were the bamboo shoots. The noodles were just right. The portion is big, but not too big. The prices are also decent. This little gem is well worth it. Seek it out.“
“O-Ku is my absolute favorite restaurant EVER! I take all my friends and family and it’s the best spot for a romantic date! The food is always so delicious and beautifully presented. The whole atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is the best service I’ve ever had. Everyone is so nice, helpful, and genuinely friendly. My favorite servers all work here and I’m not the only regular who would say the same. I love you O-Ku Nashville! Shout out to some great servers I’ve had and highly recommend: Leah (the cool environmental enthusiast), Chance (the jokester with the biggest smile), and Ally (the crafty gal with the coolest handmade earrings and the sweetest heart). Food recommendations: PLEASE try the omokase. It is a 6 course tasting meal that is different every time you come in. I’ve had the best dishes from this meal and the nigiri are always so delicious. But honestly, I recommend anything and EVERYTHING. To start- king pao Cauliflower. Hot dish- get the Tokyo chicken bowl. Sashimi- the usuzukari or hamachi carpachio. From the robata grill- kamo negi (duck breast). A sushi roll- the playboy. Also the have O-toro, Uni, and so many specialty fishes like kin medai and shima aji!!!!“
“Not only was the food excellent, but so was the service. The staff was so understanding when I asked then to if the music could be turned down a little when the noise was over stimulating my son. I can’t say enough good things about this place.“
“Fantastic food! We went twice during our trip. The hibachi chefs were highly entertaining. We have young kids, and worked hard to entertain them, but not scare them with too much “fire”Highly recommend their filet mignon and their salmon on their entrees. (Their “yum yum” sauce with the red “hot” paste was delicious.”We also got some sushi rolls, which were also really good.Next visit to Nashville- would stop by again“
“This is the best sushi in Nashville. You will not get the same expensive ‘flare’ you find at other restaurants in town, but the flavors and variety are excellent. The atmosphere is very and enjoyable, and the staff are very attentive. I wish they would open a location in East Nashville so I don’t have to drive as far to enjoy their food, but it is worth the trip across town!“
“This restaurant is a must go to in Nashville! I love the authenticity of the sushi and that it is a family run business. The staff makes me feel so welcome as soon as I walk in the door. This is our go to takeout spot for a cozy evening in as well!“
“Great menu with rolls we have never seen or had. Prices were pretty good for sushi and the Ramen bowl sushi combo seems like a great deal for $20. A bit disappointed by the draft Sapporo. We normally get a can and was looking forward to draft but is was not very carbonated and was not very cold. I'd rather have received the can. Rolls were good size, well made and fresh tasting. I would recommend the ahi seared tuna salad as you get good amount of tuna that way and was delicious with ginger dressing. Conveniently located near our hotel and just down the road is a great ice cream parlor for dessert! Note: we were going to have the fried brownie dessert but they were out of ice cream (? Pssst..younext door to a grocery store). Overall was great place to check out if you like sushi. Next time I'll try the Ramen as they did look great and you can choose type of broth, protein which is cool.“
“Best Korean Food in the Southeast! The Bulgogi was absolutely delicious! Fresh and flavorful ingredients prepared to perfection in generous portions. The KFC is out of this world and will change your life. The Atmosphere and Team members also 5 Star and give great recommendations! Most importantly, this is definitely a child friendly dining option!!“
“Stopped by on sunday with mt fiance we loved it. Best sushi and miso ive had in awhile i can not wait to come back this weekend to try out more of the menu. Even though were not from gallatin its worth the hour drive from bowling green for us.“
“Wow! What a great little sushi joint! For starters we had the pork gyoza and they were excellent. Then we all had salads and miso souls. The ginger dressing on the salad was some of the best dressing I think I have ever had. The soup was so good. My wife had the salad roll and she really enjoyed it. My son had the Big Bill roll and it was awesome. I had the Rainbow roll and it was very good. We all shared a bowl of shrimp fried rice and it was soooo good, some of the best fried rice we have had. Definitely a place we will go back to next time in town and we highly recommend it if you like sushi!“
“Took my brother here for his birthday. They emphasized the quality of the fish, and it was even mentioned online. Living part of the year in Hawaii I’m typically skeptical of those claims for landlocked cities.However. We sampled 6 different rolls, and a selection of the ngiri and the poke bowl. Ever dish, the fish was firm, with a good bite and mouth feel. Everything was as fresh as they claimed. We were super impressed with the quality. Vibes a little confusing as far interior, but not distracting enough to count against them.Cocktail game is good. A few custom cocktails and a list of classics, everything we had was solid. No gimmicks or over sugared drinks. Manhattan, old fashioned, Tokyo flow were all great and the mojito is actually one of the better I’ve had in Nashville.Hope this place sticks around. *nods head affirmatively.“
“Jerry is the best funniest greeter! The floor staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And the sushi chefs are so skilled and creative every bite is a dream!! Best nigiri, rolls, and nebiaki udon anywhere! Its become a very busy sushi house but retains its custom made-for-you feel.“
“I’ve been coming here for years and I can always expected great food and service! They have a lot of cooked sushi rolls (which I prefer) and the prices are fair. The staff are also friendly and accommodating.Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options such as the soups and salads.“
“Honestly one of the best restaurants in Nashville! The quality of the food is to die for. My top 4 items are the: spicy tuna crispy rice, lobster bao buns, wagyu tartare, and the wood fired edamame. The customer service is impeccable. Someone is always coming over to ensure everything is running smoothly. I have been there 4x since they opened and I'm looking forward to going back!“
