Sakura in Bellevue was excellent! The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and tasted even better than they looked. The chef put so much care into the presentation, and everything from the salmon and tuna to the nigiri and rolls was delicious. The portions were generous, the quality was top-notch, and the service was great. This sushi boat was easily one of the highlights of the meal. Definitely one of my favorite sushi spots in Bellevue. We love this place! This is a little hole in the wall place in Bellevue but they have some of the best sushi anywhere. We love the Bellevue roll, Fire Sakura, Buddha etcetera. We haven't ever had a roll we didn't like, it just depends on your personal preference. We don't have any experience with the stuff from the kitchen like hibachi or bento boxes because we never get past ordering sushi to try them.
