If you’re in Nashville and Ty is working avoid this location at all cost! Audrey checked me in and was so sweet and provided great customer service. I was told my booking ended at 9:45 and that’s what my reservation said as well. At 9:37 someone knocked loudly on my door (it startled me since my alarm was set for 9:40) as I was trying to get up there was another loud knock.
