These rooms make a longish layover soo much better. Some of the lounge cards have relationships to offset the cost.I would totally do it again just for the ability to recharge, relax, and stretch out.The lady up front (forgot her name) was exceptionally helpful and friendly.Stayed for a couple hours, ate, rested while watching some youtubes. Was perfect.

Complete rip off. I did not sleep for the past 2 days and 48/hr seems excessive to a college student. Man disturbed me whilst I was sleeping and telling me my time was up when he should be more considerate about my sleep hygiene rather than the money. Wouldn’t recommend!

We need to crash overnight at ATL and did not want to leave the terminal. These a great idea to let people rent a small suite, but it is need of some repairs and the staff to be more helpful. Our A/C did not work and they basically told us there was nothing they could do. No rerfund, no different room. We pushed after they eventually did get us a new room and a fan. The bed/couch is hard. I really wanted to say it was a good experience but it was not. Andat $200 for 8hrs It is not worth it either.

Reserved a spot for one hour, came back and they never entered my info, though they scanned my card. They took responsibility but absolutely nothing they could do since it was full. Very disappointing experience for minute suits concourse D in Nashville.
The staff is a huge disappointment. After booking a room and being told someone would call if a room opened up earlier, we watched as several people left. After giving the staff a few moments to clean the rooms from the people that left, we approached the counter and asked if a room was available. The young lady said, "oh, that's right" and obviously had forgotten her promise. Then said no, nothing is available, even though we could see the multiple empty room. We ended up leaving disappointed and the staff member showed she could care less. This is our first interaction with this brand and probably our last.

Chris is the best! I came panicked because my flight landed 3 hours later than it was supposed to and I had a very client critical call that required a quiet space with stable internet. He got me in a room so fast and made sure I was all set. I really appreciated his urgency. I could tell he really cared. Thank you Chris!

Do not go if the old lady front desk is there. She is rude. My friend forgot her stuff over there. She said you have to remember everything of that stuff otherwise I have no time to look for you. I sincerely recommend she work as a toilet cleaner which is better fit so that no polite talking would be needed.
