Tommy was great! Amazing atmosphere!!
If you don’t like absinthe, that’s okay. Get ready for your world to be rocked. Tommy gave us an experience like no other. I have never liked the licorice taste of absinthe, but the experience will forever change your taste profile. He will specifically match a flavor profile to your liking to a chocolate that pairs perfectly. It’s truly unreal how the experience and how the flavor profiles will seriously change you. Go and experience something like no other.
Tommy made both of our visits to Green Hour unforgettable. My boyfriend and I had our first date here a year ago, and Tommy walked us through the absinthe selection with so much knowledge and passion. He shared the stories behind each one and made the whole experience feel really special. I also have a nut allergy, and he went out of his way to double check that all of the chocolates were safe for me, which I really appreciated.
