The absinthe tasting menu was amazing! Choice of 3 different absinthes off a pretty extensive menu and was paired with a truffle. The drip with the drinks were nice so that you can manage the amount of water you want. The non absinthe drink menu was great too for those that do not like absinthe!
So many great things to talk about the Green Hour. First, is if you are anywhere near downtown don't miss this place. The cocktails are extraordinary, so authentic, original, unique and crafted and created by true artisans! If you can't find anything you like on the the menu Tommy (the manager) can craft you a cocktail you won't forget!
