I went to Emmy Squared in Germantown with a couple of friends on the later side on Thursday night. They were unfortunately very clearly understaffed so it took some time for us to get a table despite there only being a couple of tables with patrons. They were very kind about it and we didn't mind the wait. Once we got our table, service was great and very helpful. One of the best meals I’ve ever had
They seated our group of 18 in our own room. Cool room with fancy ceiling.
Best of all, the bread on the pizza is like nothing else! They use organic King Arthur flour to make the crusts. That’s what we bake with! I’m gluten free, and it’s my favorite gluten free flour by far. The texture of the crust is incredibly satisfying.
