Incredible service from Connor!
If you’re staying at the hotel, you absolutely have to stop by the bar and see Connor. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel completely welcome with awesome recommendations and a killer attitude. He’s incredibly attentive, fast, and knows exactly how to craft a great drink. Honestly, his hospitality alone made our stay in Nashville that much better. Cheers, Connor!

Atmosphere is great, shoutout to Alisa for being an amazing bartender and the live music was the icing on the cake!!!

Craft Bar & Bistro is a hotel with great rooms and amazing customer service. The valet service is excellent, and the staff go above and beyond for guests. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many attractions. The restaurant features a small menu but offers fantastic burgers and beer, making it a great choice for burger lovers. The burgers, including The Tennessee Burger, The Black Truffle Burger, and The Champ, are cooked to perfection, and guests enjoy the unique twist of a thin bun with a thick burger. Valet parking is available for a fee. Guests appreciate the fast and friendly service from the staff, even during busy times. The vibe of the restaurant reflects a classic burger joint with a touch of Nashville flair, and the decor is cozy, with several TVs for watching sports. Overall, visitors find the experience well worth the visit and recommend it highly.
