The other cocktails here (non absinthe based) are AMAZING!! 10 out of 10. You can tell the guys (Jordan & Jeremy) running this bar are incredible at what they do. They make REAL CRAFT cocktails.I think the owner isn't doing any favors to their business by labeling it an absinthe bar. This cocktail bar is one of the best in the city, ...unfortunately too much business gets pushed away by the "absinthe" label. We almost didn't come. I'm SO thankful we came, I was in shock at the untapped potential of this place.

My wife and I had a spectacular evening with Jordan and Mallica(not Monica). we both enjoyed the absinthe flight with a few cocktails and truffles. The cocktails were top notch and well worth the $15. We will definitely be back!

This is such a unique experience, we went after a round of Top Golf which is right around the corner. The atmosphere was great for a fun kid free night out. We ordered a flight to share, and then tried a few of their signature cocktails which are always evolving. The hummus and spicy feta was a nice snack. I look forward to going again on our next trip to Nashville.

Came in for drinks and a chill vibe. That’s exactly what we got! Staff was patient and informative on the process of making the absinthe. Our server hooked me up with the BEST absinthe/truffle combo. My husband and I spent about 1.5 hours here just relaxing and taking it all in, and never felt rushed. I’ll be coming back on my next visit to Nashville in January! :)

This is one of the coolest bars in the city. Chocolatier by day, absinthe lounge by night, The Green Hour is a speakeasy type with drinks that will put some pep in your step. The interior is intimate and gorgeous with a green hue (obviously), and the bartenders are family! All of the drinks are named after random family nicknames or events which I think is so unique! If you're looking for a hidden gem type of night out, check out this Germantown little stop. You won't regret it!

Our drinks were good. The place was very cramped and the bartenders and servers were very snooty. Came with a group and were kinda treated as unwelcome. We were just there to spend money but I guess 5 guys walking into a place wasn't wanted that night. Snooty, snobby employees, but tasty over-priced absinthe drinks.

Such. A. Great. Experience. You must come here and get the flight with chocolate pairing. Incredible service. Our waiters even provided a palate cleanse prior to the flight-super fun and different. 10/10 would recommend if you're local or visiting !!

Interesting experience, cool atmosphere. Service was very good and staff was very knowledgeable on all things absinthe. Would go back for the chocolates!

Great cocktails, subpar service and atmosphere leave a lot to be desired. We waited an hour for two cocktails. First delay was about 20 minutes after explicitly mentioning we were ready to order. Then another 40 when the drinks “got lost in the system”.That wasn’t even my primary issue. Stuff happens and I totally get it. My primary issue was that there was no attempt to make up for it. Not a truffle offering or a discount or even a sincere apology, just excuses. The cocktails and chocolates were great, and we’ve been before and had a great time. But tonight left a sour taste in my mouth and it wasn’t the great absinthe.PS. Yes I left a tip. No I didn’t complain at the time. It was busy and it wasn’t worth making a scene over.

Honestly as a neighborhood local this is a favorite spot. Drinks are inventive, atmosphere is intimate (yeah it’s small) but not presumptuous. A unique but worthwhile experience.

Pretty dark lighting inside and very cold. The service was a little slow, we waited about 20-30 minutes for our server to come and another 10-15 minutes for the drinks to come. It was a really cool experience for first time absinthe drinkers. The server was really knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explaining how everything works. The truffles were really good, they had a nice balance between bitter and sweet. The strawberry lemonade was my favorite. If you like a more bitter chocolate, the matcha one is a good choice.
