What a beautiful hidden gem! My husband and I have been here a couple of times and our last time we went was so wonderful. It’s a relaxed vibe that is also very well put together so you can come dressed up or in relaxed clothing and you’ll fit right in either way. Proper Sake Co. (Rice Vice) is easily a 5-star standout in East Nashville, a short drive from Downtown. Their selection of house-made and Japanese sakes is incredibly diverse and delicious. And their the Koji IPA and house gin were both equally outstanding. The vibe is unmatched, with a killer soundtrack featuring the likes of De La Soul and MF Doom spinning while you sip.
