Just in town for 1 nite and came here for dinner. Fried chicken is their specialty and it was great. We also had the smoked brisket. Super delicious. This place has been here forever. Easy to see why. Southern comfort food.
We waited over an hour for our lunch after 1 o’clock in the afternoon. But the food was much worth it, and the service was grand! If I’m ever in the area again, I will eat there. The loveless café has had many reviews, on TV shows and magazines. the food was delicious. Didn’t seem like it just was poured out of cans. I believe they really use some recipes!
