I’ve been here before and used to brag about this place. My brother came to town and I took him here last night. The food was NOT what I remember. I had the 1/2 fried chicken. It was absolutely the worst chicken I have ever eaten!! It tasted like it had been fried twice! (Fried, warmed, and refried when ordered???). It was tough, barely had any breading, and not seasoned. My wife had the Turkey. It was also bad.The waitress was wonderful and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. But the food was bad! I was very disappointed and embarrassed for taking my out of town visitors here.

We waited over an hour for our lunch after 1 o’clock in the afternoon. But the food was much worth it, and the service was grand! If I’m ever in the area again, I will eat there. The loveless café has had many reviews, on TV shows and magazines. the food was delicious. Didn’t seem like it just was poured out of cans. I believe they really use some recipes!

The famous Loveless Cafe, a lot of famous people have gone and a lot of wonderful things I have read. I went by myself, and I am not impressed. Their biscuits are delicious with their preservative, however with their gravy, God no! Their gravy is too oily, and I tasted flour. Both are not for me. I got 1 piece of their fried chicken, my favorite piece, thigh. It was good. Their fried okra was your normal, everyday fried okra. I dont understand why people don't add little salt to make it taste a little better or add a seasoning. Their french fries remember me of Captain D's fries, no! Smoked Beef Brisket, this is my first time having smoked beef brisket like this. What I can tell is that it tasted good. Their biscuits WITH their preservatives are amazing. Their biscuits by themselve, not for me. I did buy their Peach Preservative to try on other biscuits. Staff is amazing and very friendly. I love their staff.I ordered...- Fried Chicken Thigh- Smoked Beef Brisket in Au Jus with Texas slice bread, Fried Okra, & French Fries- Biscuits & Gravy- 2 Extra Biscuits with my meal with Peach, Strawberry, & Blackberry Preservative.Parking: No parking for rvs, just cars. They do have a big parking lot.

HOLY COW! I almost chose not to have dinner here, but am SO GLAD that we did. Wasn’t my idea, but “my Boss’s,” (we all have a Boss). From the beginning biscuits to dessert everything was CRAZY DELICIOUS! We had the fried chicken, catfish, fried okra, turnip greens and hash brown casserole. Absolutely ZERO complaints. We’re from Vegas and this meal was SO much better than anything we’ve had in Vegas. We were joking that if we lived here we’d have to workout twice as hard because the food in the South is so crazy good.Georgie was a great provider and very attentive, which we appreciated. The Loveless Cafe is a must stop for dinner from what I’ve experienced. We will be back, thanks everyone, you guys are a “Hit!”
