“My family is large and we needed a place that could accommodate our family for lunch after an unexpected family funeral. We did call ahead and when we start arriving, the manager, Kenneth & his staff quickly got us a space cleaned up and he was nice and accommodating to our elderly family members. Our waitress that looked after our section was Nicole. She was amazing! She went over and beyond to make sure we had drinks refilled and to see if we needed anything. Most of all she had patience and checked on us with a pleasant attitude. Of course, the buffet had a variety of food to fit everyone's appetites. We really appreciate the service our family received from Kenneth, Nicole, & a few other staff members. And I hope Nicole gets a staff shout out if nothing else, lol!“

“D’Angelo has outstanding customer service skills. He made recommendations, listened to requests, checked on us several times, and was extremely friendly!!! We are visiting from Columbus, OH. We have visited many restaurants in Tennessee, but this Cheddar’s Kitchen in Hendersonville is the most welcoming environment we encountered. Few managers offer this caliber of service. Please recognize D’Angelo for being so kind to strangers today 7/26/2026. We visited at 9pm and he was all smiles (as if it were 9am). There was also a man with braids who helped DeAngelo bring out the food. He cooked the New Orleans Alfredo pasta and he was very friendly as well. The ribs, red beans and rice, green beans, spinach dip and croissants were delicious. Thank you all for an excellent experience.
