“Awesome food! I got the flap jack stuffed with chocolate chips and a side of cheese grits. Definitely southern style and very yummy. Our waiter Arissa was so kind. Love her lots and would love to come back just for her! We had a problem with the milk for our coffee and we ended up getting it all for free (the coffees and cream) Awesome customer service. Will definitely come again.“
“Took forever to get our drinks then when she finally brought her food, didn’t have my granddaughters plate at all. Never said anything so we asked her where was her meal? They ran out of fish. Then why didn’t you tell us and ask her what else she wanted? Didn’t bring any napkins, didn’t refill. Our drinks didn’t have any tartar sauce for the Cajun fish that I got they didn’t have any Cajun seasoning on it. It was just bland. She asked me if I wanted ketchup? And I said no, so we told the manager and they did give us our meal free. This was supposed To be a birthday dinner for our granddaughters. We couldn’t believe that they didn’t even bring her or tell her anything and no napkins. The managers blamed it on her being I don’t care how you are Not giving napkins or not even giving you your food because they ran out and don’t tell you is inexcusable. Kids today are not taught to serve. The last couple years this restaurant Has gone down, but then it started being better. I think they had a different manager. But now it’s back to being horrible“
