The chicken was over cooked, the portions were too small, we asked for refills and had to remind the server before leaving that he never came back to see if we were good. The fireplace wasn’t lit. The table beside us had a baby that spilled chocolate milk and it was on the floor for over 15 mins before someone came to clean it up. The manager used rags and then left them on the floor instead of taking them away! The checkout counter was the only good thing!
They were out of food. We ordered pick up. We had to sub most of the sides we wanted for others and then they didn't give us our cornbread or the rolls we ordered. The dumplings were chewy, the meatloaf was dry and the hamburger steak was so so but they didn't add the mushrooms and onions to it like I had ordered. -
