Large group but slow kitchen! New server forgot a few items, but was very nice.
Musty smell like wet carpet. Was in a party of 14. Several sent their food back. We are not a picky group and several are former servers but pasta was over cooked. Some food was over salted (don't think I've ever had that issue in a restaurant) and my pork was under cooked. Server was pretty good. She had a lot going on.
I was not a fan of the food. Croissant were cooked too long and my meal was bad. I had the steak tips and mash. Food quality is not as good as it used to be.

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen offers hearty food with big portions at great prices. The Monte Cristo sandwich and Herb roasted chicken are popular choices. The best onion rings are battered lightly, crispy on the outside and not oily. The Wisconsin cheese bites are delish and very addictive with a well balanced ranch dip sauce. This is the best blackened Salmon, with crisp edges and juicy inside seasoned very well. All dishes are very flavorful and served hot. The service is amazing, with super nice waitresses who are very helpful. The manager and staff address any issues immediately, making for a great experience. Customers appreciate the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff, making it a good place for a tasty meal or a relaxing dinner.
