Sat down at our table at 7:50 pm. Ordered appetizer, salads, soup, drinks, etc. At 8:20 our appetizer came. At 8:30 the salads came, three of 4 anyway. Mom asked for onions, there were none. Then food came 4 minutes later. Didn't get the bread that "went into the oven." Meals arrived. I still didn't even have my salad and my daughter never got her soup. My mom and husband still weren't done with their salads when dinner arrived. My broccoli casserole was not warm. Then had to ask for my salad and my daughter's soup; both finally delivered after our meals. Then at 8:40 the bread came. Thos entire experience was actually ridiculous. Asked for a manager, and he said there had been a large table. Horrible experience and Horrible service. This was our second time at this location; both times, terrible service.

Cheddar's was so good today! We haven't been to Cheddar's in years. This afternoon we thought we would stop in for a late lunch, and we are so glad that we did. The lunch rush was over, so we got right in and seated very quickly. Our server was fabulous, and our food was delicious. I had forgotten how pretty the restaurant was! You'll see in some of the pictures I took. I could have looked at the fishtank all day. Thanks Cheddar's for a wonderful lunch. We'll be back again soon.

It has been a while since coming here for dinner . The menu has been condensed and it had solid options. The sirloin and grilled shrimp is a good choice. Not sure what the wait is at peak time, but no issues late.

The food was great, but the service was horrible. We were seated immediately and did not see a waiter or waitress for at least 15 minutes. We finally got an order in for food and were still waiting on drinks. The food then arrived, and it was great, but getting the waitress to provide us with anything, such as a refill on water, was impossible! We ended up eating without asking for anything else and leaving right after.

Cheddars is pretty reliable for a chain. The mixed drinks are fun and the food is always tasty.They have a good variety of plates to choose from.If you are looking for fine dining, you may want to look for a local establishment.If you are looking for reliability, cheddars will work.

Our server was absolutely fabulous!!! Initially, we were across from a very unruly child, so we asked to be moved. The food was really good, after we were in a quiter table, we really enjoyed our meal!!!

The server was wonderful, sweet and kind. She had to apologize for our wait, however. It took close to 50 min for our food to arrive. It was later in the evening (8:30pm) and most tables were empty…so I’m not sure why the kitchen couldn’t prepare the food in a timely manner. We used to love this place but the service has steadily declined since 2020. We decided to give it another shot but it disappointed once again. It’s such a shame, too. We love their menu.

Food is standard Cheddars quality and nothing special. The real reason for this review is the atrocious restaurant conditions on a Sunday mid afternoon. 2 hostesses standing around, servers walking around, even managers passing through the main table area completely avoiding food, napkins, straw wrappers, forks and other trash all over the floor. Watched multiple employees step on the same trash and just keep moving like it wasn't their job. If this was the condition of the main dining hall for guests, I can't imagine the kitchen.Managers...you need to do better.
