We finally tried the Candied Rib Company today—and WOW… I’m still thinking about it 🤤🔥
We had the pork sandwich, beef, ribs (can’t forget those!), potatoes, banana pudding, and coleslaw—and every single bite was incredible. The flavors were on point, the meat was tender, and everything tasted homemade and dialed in just right.

The Candied Rib Company is a great BBQ eatery in the greater Nashville metropolitan area. The establishment offers burgers, chicken, beef and pork. The candied rib is sweet and tangy, while the dry rub leans savory. The meat separates from the bone with little effort. The sauces are all unique: the Gold sauce hits the palette with a distinct mustard but finishes sweet, and the Dark sauce brings a mild rush of heat. The beef tallow potatoes and honey charred broccoli are fantastic supporting sides. Other sides include the honey broccoli, baked sweet potato with house prepped butter and candied bacon bits, and a house made slaw that is tangy and crunchy. The best burger in town, amazingly smoked pulled pork, and the Mac and cheese is a trend setter. The smoked chicken leg quarter with the cheddar crusted mac n cheese is also available. The food is absolutely incredible and amazing. However, the restaurant needs more seating and has no public facilities, but Charlie Daniels park is around the corner for picnicking. The owners are super nice, kind, dedicated to quality, healthy, traditional food, and share the Gospel unafraid. This place is a must try.
