“I don't get why people hate this McDonald's. I go here every couple days and if so much I go, I know everyone there. Just one time, there was a time that they took forever, I waited 15 minutes and I was in a rush, and they literally had my food right there. But other of that, I love it there“

“I specifically requested hot and fresh off the boiler burgers, along with one Impossible burger meal and one Whopper meal. I must say, everything was absolutely mouthwatering and served with utmost freshness. Moreover, the customer service provided was excellent, adding to the overall satisfaction of the experience.“

“amazing service and the girl who handed me my food was incredibly nice and lovely! Every employee is kind, funny, and incredibly generous. This is truly the type of employees every Mc Donald’s should have. Also some of these previous reviews sound VERY rude and hostile so be careful on who you listen too. I would say it’s best to come here and figure out your OWN experience.“

“I stopped here for breakfast this morning. The customer service was 2nd to NONE! They had great manners and appeared to actually take pride in their jobs... No one does that anymore. My food was brought to me so fast that I honestly wasn’t ready for it… yet she still apologized for the wait lol. I got EXACTLY what I ordered and it came hot and fresh. I thought the days of fast food customer service was gone… thank you for proving me wrong. I know the only sonic I will be going to from here on out!“

“It's nostalgic, if you're expecting the worlds best hamburger, you'll be disappointed. But no matter where you go, your order will always taste the exact same. I always get the same thing, double double animal style, fries, and a neopolitan milkshake. I do recommend eating in at this Lorain as we only waited maybe 10 minutes but drive thru was 40+ minutes From what I was told.“
