We had the pleasure of meeting the chef, Jamaal, during our visit and was impressed by not only the quality of food but the friendliness and customer care we received. We have tried multiple breakfast burritos as well as the burger sliders and would recommend this location to anyone & everyone. Definitely try the maple sriracha!“

They even accommodated my request for a lettuce wrap and swapped my fries for FANTASTICA green beans for a side with no upcharge! Very delicious and filling meal for a great price! My hubby got the burger and fries the way it comes and was very pleased with the generous portion of fries ! Drinks are also VERY reasonably priced compared to other spots in the area(Tall Mich Ultra draft only $4 and a coke & vodka only $5.50). Very pleased with our visit ! Service was a little slow but the great food , fast seating and great prices make me give this place at least 4 stars ! 🙂“

“Visiting Nashville for a show we had a lot of options. We decided to go here for lunch and so glad we did. The Old Fashioned’s are very good. I had the best, most authentic Chicago Beef sandwich (dipped, of course) and the deep dish pizza with sausage was incredible. Never had a crust that good. Everything is made from scratch and it’s obvious. Great service too! Very impressed!“

“5/29/2026- I’m hooked on Cook Out since arriving here for work. This was my first time at this location. Viv was on duty. She greeted me and others as we walked in.

She has a positive energy most lack. Best part is she’s bilingual and friendly to all. She is quick to take your order but she doesn’t rush you.

It is in a touristy location because other customers asked her about the menu and how to order. Viv didn’t seem put out. She helped them all.

I enjoy the $7.99 meal. It comes with Hush Puppies, fries and a double patty burger with your choice of toppings and condiments.

I’m easy going. I have them add their Cajun seasoning on the fries and burger. I prefer the grilled onions 🧅

The service is fast. The choice of for drinks is the best. Try the Cherry 🍒 drink.“

“05/16/26- I came here by accident. They sit by a Burger King 👑 and Taco 🌮 Bell 🛎️ I wasn’t impressed with BK menu and I don’t eat TB. We don’t have Cook Out in my state. So I decided to eat here.

I walked in and you know how the first thing everyone wants to do is wash their hands 🙌 This place has the sink with soap 🧼 and paper towels 🧻 ready for you to wash right before you place your order. I washed my hands 🙌

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Kamaris. He welcomed me in and answered my questions.

He had finished with a customer, then he let me look at the menu. He asked if I was ready and went over the menu.

He helped me place my order. It was easy from there. My meal was $7.99 plus tax and it comes with a drink.

Drinks - The ice machine was out but one of the crew members came out to look at it while I was there.

Since the cherry drink was out Kamaris had to get it from the back. The Cherry 🍒 drink is delicious 😋

I wasn’t supposed to drink it (diabetic) but I could not resist. I recommend you try it!

Sides - The meal comes with two sides. I asked for Hush Puppies. It comes with six Hush Puppies and they’re freshly made.

The fries are seasoned with a Cajun salt that adds a great taste. I ordered their own sauce and it was good with the hush puppies and the fries.

Burger - you get to add your toppings from a wide selection. I ordered grilled onions, mustard, and pickles on two patties. I don’t like cheese or anything else. I don’t eat both buns and the meal was filling.

Shout out to Kamaris who did it all. He ran the register and was busy after I placed my order. He was friendly to all his customers as he helped them all.

Later I saw him throwing out the trash. He had a good attitude about his job and his restaurant.

“I was at this location when a man who was homeless walked in with a handful of change getting ready to order a small amount of food. The cashier, Ariel, told him to stop and put his change back in his pocket. She then added a small burger, fries, and a milkshake to her own tab. She continued to assist him by reminding him to keep his change and belongings in his pocket. She delivered him his burger and he sat there without worry and enjoyed his meal. This was one of the kindest things I’ve seen in a very long time and I’m so grateful to have been able to witness Ariel and her kindness.“
