My family went through drive-thru today due to the inside being closed, but we had a great experience. They were nice and friendly, understood what we needed to order, quick service, and the food.... plentiful and yummy. I believe the man's name in the window was Xavier. Thank you!
The customer service here is rough. The workers aren't very friendly. The food is good though, except the Corn dogs. I had one that came burnt and half of the cornbread had fallen off.. so the hot dog was literally charred. It was disgusting. I wish I had taken a picture. Other than that though, the past two times we have went they gave us extra sides which was nice. First time trying Cookout last night and I was honestly shocked. The food came out hot, fresh, crispy and delicious. The line was longer but moved so quickly. I ordered the ranch crispy chicken wrap and the burger combo with side of cheese bites and onion rings. Everything tasted so good and the best (and most dangerous part) was the fact that it all came out to $12.
