“We decided to stop in and try Helen’s for the first time and we are so glad we did. We had the catfish combo, chicken tender combo, gizzards and spicy fried pickles. The breading on everything as great! The flavor was great. The gizzards and chicken tenders were mild and just right. (We couldn’t watit to dig into the tenders before taking a photo.) The catfish we ordered plain and the seasoning is anything, but plain. The breading isn’t thick and overwhelming. The spicy pickles are a must! We also had their okra and fries as side and these were cooked well. We also tried the fruit tea which was a bit sweet, but goes very well with the spice. We’ll definitely be back!“
“Took almost 10 minutes to get a dine in order placed 1 cashier and 11 to 15 people in line. The have placed a priority on delivery orders and drive-thru. Multiple "gray" shirt employees were aware of the line indoors, but chose to go about their business. I thought the gray shirts were lead employees. You need to return to pre pandemic service for dine in patrons.“
“A friend and I came here for lunch, and I wish we hadn’t waited so long! We both got the chicken bowl and we shared a hummus. The flavors were incredible, the restaurant was clean, and the food came out fairly quickly.I took one star off for service because the man behind the counter (who also brought us our food) was not even a little friendly.“
“Chicken Salad Chick is so good!! Their new croissant melt was mouth watering good. My girlfriend got the classic chicken simple salad and she loved it. This place never disappoints. Also, the signs inside the mens bathroom are adorable and funny so I had to share.“

“I haven't been here in a long time. They always seem to mix up forget stuff from my order. They forgot ice cream on a to go order so I had to go back in to get it. I told 1 person. Then another came and asked what i needed. I explained inwas missing the kids meal ice cream, she asked "was it not with your drinks" it was not which is why I went back in, i told her "it wasnt i did look in the bags also". Then a third person manager i think in blue came and was telling me I had to wait because they had a bunch of orders ahead of me and I would have to wait. I tried to explain I had already waited and received an incomplete order. A 4th person came and said someone was making the ice cream. It was just this whole ordeal over a kids ice cream.“

Not only is it crispy, spicy, and fresh, BUT the sweet little sauce on the side is the best I've ever had. I live over 5 hours away but I will be coming to find this truck again! It's THAT worth it! They put almost everything into 1 Togo container. That's not what I needed or how I asked for it. I guess they assumed everything was for me because I'm fat.I went inside because I wanted to ask if they would allow me to sample a few of the chicken salad's. I've never had chicken salad in my 56yrs on earth. They said ? sure. That was awesome because I never would have ordered the chicken salad without knowing if I would like it. Now they have added a extra daily customer. Win win‼️ The cookies are not good and I hate pickles and the smell of pickles. I will have to remember to tell them to leave that out and give it to someone else.I'm so happy about this healthier fast food option. Plus I told my coworkers about Chicken Salad Chick and they want me to start picking them up salads when I go. They don't have a CSC near them like I do.“
