They are always friendly. But this was a new location and I was very happy with it all. The chicken was tender, juicy, and hot. My only issue was I asked for triple pickles and I didn't get that on my sandwich. It didn't diminish the flavor. I just love pickles. I will go back. Thank You!!

Chick-fil-A is known for its efficient service and delicious food, though the experience can vary. Many customers share that the restaurant provides fast service, with one group reporting that all 54 of their charter bus students were served within 15 minutes, which is impressive. However, some have encountered issues with their orders, like receiving cold fries with their Maple Pepper Bacon sandwich meal or missing items. The drive-through can also be confusing, as some customers noted the presence of staff taking orders outside. Despite these challenges, the overall food and service remain wonderful, with many customers still considering Chick-fil-A to be a great choice. The restaurant has a mixed track record, where while some enjoy consistent quality, others face frustrating mix-ups. Overall, Chick-fil-A appears to offer a generally satisfactory experience, but the level of service and attention to detail can be inconsistent.
