My complaint is on the whatever manager stated this. I went through the drive thru and asked for extra honey butter on my chicken minis. The worker advised me that his manager stated they would not be doing this anymore because it isn’t useful. I’ve been doing this for YEARS it’s a swipe of butter on a roll. What’s the difference between this and asked for extra sauce on a sandwich or sauce in the bag.
