Haven't been to CflA in Smyrna for ayear. First time chick sandwich was greasy/over cooked. Today the fries were barely cooked and mooshy. Don't understand the attraction to CfilA. Lots better close by.
Love Chic Fila just do not like the long lines to get that fresh chicken. It’s not just Smyrna chic fila that has long lines it’s every single one. So worth it though. The app makes it super convenient too.Kid-friendliness: Indoor playground for the kids and staff always give the kids balloons.

Took almost 10 minutes to get a dine in order placed 1 cashier and 11 to 15 people in line. The have placed a priority on delivery orders and drive-thru. Multiple "gray" shirt employees were aware of the line indoors, but chose to go about their business. I thought the gray shirts were lead employees. You need to return to pre pandemic service for dine in patrons.
