I do like to rate high at the places I go eat but I don't know how this Dairy Queen scored 96. I am not a usual customer of this place, but I stopped by for a quick lunch, and while waiting for the food, I used the restroom. This is one of the dirtiest restrooms I've ever seen. So I hate that this Dairy Queen is horrible because its about the only one in my travels in and around metro Nashville. But there is not much positive to say about it but it was kind of clean. The service reeked of poor management with all the members failing to work in unison and not accomping much of anything when it comes to customer service. The ice cream and other treats are amazing. Don't get the food though. It's overpriced and bland. But it's hard to beat their frosty treats, so I'll keep coming back!
