We order from the drive thru every once in a while. Everytime we order a burger, they are scalding hot because they microwave them instead of making fresh ones, the fries were really old, and the chicken also tasted as of it were left out. The only thing that was good was the ice cream.

I'm not sure what happened to this DQ - but the past 3-4 years it's been terrible. Prior to that it was really good. I keep giving chances hoping it will get better once in a while - but I can't hold back any more.DQ needs to straight up investigate this franchise. Whatever they are doing - they ain't doing it right and they need new management / ownership.The service is always bad. The staff is not welcoming. The inside of the store is gross. They can't take orders. They can't run the register. They can't get your order right.I stopped by yesterday for the first time in a LONG time thinking I might buy a birthday cake. Right in the door the staff tells me they don't have any vanilla soft serve - the very basis of their entire business. A door dasher is standing there asking for an order and they are saying they never saw it. Looking around the store is nasty and there is no one in there. There are about 4-5 cakes in the freezer. I don't dare order one - no telling what the outcome of that would be.DQ Corp - if you are reading this - you need to be on this place.

Sat in drive thru 10 minutes. They weren’t busy. Found out they can’t make shakes because they don’t have milk ?. What in the heck. Then waited another 10 for food. I should’ve went somewhere to sit down and eat instead

If you place a mobile or pickup order through the app expect that the staff hasn’t even checked the ticket yet. Also expect to be ignored by 5 employees that don’t want to speak to you even when you’ve been at the counter for an extended period of time. Always horrendous service here.

I do like to rate high at the places I go eat but I don't know how this Dairy Queen scored 96. I am not a usual customer of this place, but I stopped by for a quick lunch, and while waiting for the food, I used the restroom. This is one of the dirtiest restrooms I've ever seen. The toilet seat is unsanitary and needs improvements. The restaurant kitchen vents have oil dripping down from the stainless steel walls. But yeah, I cannot compare this to Chick-fil-A high standards with the service and cleanliness, but this Dairy Queen is absolutely disappointing. The food was okay. I bought a chicken tender basket, and the tenders were fresh, along with the onion rings, but the fries were stale and not fresh. If there were loyal, dedicated staff to raise the standards of restaurant service, this restaurant would be needed.

So I hate that this Dairy Queen is horrible because its about the only one in my travels in and around metro Nashville. But there is not much positive to say about it but it was kind of clean. The service reeked of poor management with all the members failing to work in unison and not accomping much of anything when it comes to customer service. They were out of items that people wanted to order. The food was completely tastless and just overall bad. In time when a lot of chains are losing ground to the new players do to drive-thru efficiency and overall good customer service, this franchisee need to take action. Motivate and conquer or else the doors may close.Parking: Gee you can park!! Yay

I just went through the drive-through at this location and And the lady with blonde hair, and tattoos at the window, was probably one of the rudest Representatives I’ve ever met at any location for fast food. I called back to ask how to make a formal complaint, and I find out that she is the General manager of this location. Worst customer service ever. I wouldn’t go back to this location if it was the last Dairy Queen on earth.
