The drive through takes to long. It's so bad that it gets to the point of blocking the street outside store. All I'm saying is if there was a small business or POC establishment doing this then the store would face fines or be closed.

Very disappointed at this location. It’s my first time visiting the symrna location after recently moved here’s the drive through line was insane. Expecting the food would come so hot and fresh. When I received my order it was barely warm, it was on the cold side. Of course I wasn’t able to stay and wait in the long drive through again.And my problem is I submitted three complains on the app, waited for someone to care and reply to me, but didn’t receive anything, my complains were totally ignored

Took almost 10 minutes to get a dine in order placed 1 cashier and 11 to 15 people in line. The have placed a priority on delivery orders and drive-thru. Multiple "gray" shirt employees were aware of the line indoors, but chose to go about their business. I thought the gray shirts were lead employees. You need to return to pre pandemic service for dine in patrons.

Love Chic Fila just do not like the long lines to get that fresh chicken. It’s not just Smyrna chic fila that has long lines it’s every single one. So worth it though. The app makes it super convenient too.Kid-friendliness: Indoor playground for the kids and staff always give the kids balloons.
Normally, it’s cute that Chick-fil-A is run by teenagers, but they really need a grown-up at this location. This is the second time we’ve gone through the drive-through with an order placed ahead and they had trouble retrieving the order. On this particular occasion, after explaining to them that our order was confirmed in the drive-through line, they still could not find it. They proceeded to make the food, walked right past our car, all the way to the end of the line and then circled back with our order.

This is usually a great location. My toddler and myself ate inside for the first time since Covid and was almost knocked over by one of the busers. It wouldn't have been so terrible if he'd had decency to say excuse me. The experience was quickly turned around when we were greeted by Melissa. She was very pleasant. The young lady cleaning the tables was nice also. Today's experience ended much better than it started.

Chick-fil-A food is always fantastic. We usually frequent the Cookeville store but since we were headed to Lavergne for a basketball game, we play an app order in the Smyrna store.We placed and picked up without incident and drove to the school. As we were passing out the food, we were missing 2 items from our order.I get that issues happen and they are almost always spot on.I did go back and was able to secure the rest of our order but it did cause us to be late.
