“⚠️ Poor Management Can Ruin a Good Concept Before this experience, I would have rated this location around 4.1/5. I actually liked the concept—cold beer, sports, decent food, and a lively adult-oriented atmosphere. The concept itself was never the problem. The problem was management. I brought a legitimate safety concern to management expecting a simple conversation and a willingness to address it. Instead, I felt dismissed and left with the impression that my concerns—and my business—didn't matter. 🚩 I also filed a BBB complaint, which was ultimately closed as “Unanswered” after management failed to respond. That's disappointing enough, but failing to respond through the BBB raised even more questions about accountability and customer service. The atmosphere may bring people through the door, but management determines whether customers come back. Cold beer, football, and themed events don't make up for feeling ignored when you raise a legitimate safety concern. If you're looking for a loud, adult-oriented sports bar atmosphere filled mostly with middle-aged men, this may be your place. But if you expect management to listen, take legitimate concerns seriously, and value your business, I'd think twice before spending your money here. A good concept can only go so far when management loses the trust of its customers.“

“I’ve been visiting here for over a year, and the quality remains consistently high. They offer a variety of options to choose from. The Hibachi Jumbo Shrimp is excellent, with great quality and satisfying portions. The waiter is always attentive whenever we visit. The atmosphere feels spacious, with plenty of seating available.“

“1000000/10 new favorite chicken spot!! Everyone is incredible and so nice. We let them choose what sauces we ordered and they DID. NOT. MISS. the portion sizes are HUGE we literally got a three piece and couldn’t even finish ONE tender each 😅 so many options for flavors and sauces and combos, too. you feel right at home the entire time. literally cannot tell you enough how great it is!“

“I was told the man on speaker was a manager named James. He was the most polite person I've ever experienced in a drive thru, also there was a sweet girl at the window. Excellent service. They were also being safe in this time. That's why I chose Zaxbys. Thank you all.“

“I came in during the recent snowpocalypse and Anthony was working on his own. He was so kind and attentive and working his butt off! Great attitude and work ethic and he can make a mean pizza. He acknowledged every customer who came in and held conversation with us while he worked. It’s hard finding good, hardworking employees and Anthony is definitely one of them!“

“This is one of my favorite places to stop for lunch. They are quick, its fresh and great service 90% of the time. Went today and everything was fantastic. Loaded me up with hot sauce and honey sauce without me even asking for anything. Fantastic. 5 stars.“
