“The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the food tasted good. If you are a fan of spicier foods, they have siracha and chili oil available to use as your please. Also the indoor environment was nice and clean. I understand they use styrofoam plates to keep costs low, however this is a big negative for me, so I would really love to see them transition to paper plate usage!“
“i've been going to this location for years, even tho they have changed management they still keep a consistent vibe as far as food and staff, i personally enjoy the 3 tender meal and those fries with the little sweet twang to them does it every time for me and the in house made ranch has to be my favorite. im yes it's a simple chicken spot but they do simple the best and quality is A-1“

“I had heard a lot about this place and figured I had to try it out. Everyone was ranting and raving about it. When I walked up, the line was already out the door, so I thought this would be a good thing. I was originally planning on dining in, but after a while I decided to take it to go and eat back at my hotel. Also I was disappointed that they ran out of ice cream and I couldn't try the root beer float.• Lets start with the chicken. It has some good flavor. I grabbed the mild version and it had a little spice (wasn't trying to destroy my stomach for the next two days in case anyone is wondering) and overall decent flavor.• The fries were very delicious in my opinion, one of the best parts of the meal.• Now the not so great part, the desserts. The peach cobbler was less than desirable, I'm no chef but I feel like a little cinnamon in that would go a long way. It had no taste to it, I took about 4 bites and pushed it to the side. The banana pudding was pretty decent, I just expected a lot more out of it since it was hyped up so much.All in all, I would eat here again, to try out the sandwich and possibly get my hands on a root beer float. I would also recommend this place especially if you like spicy chicken. I imagine the last two heat levels are keeping Tums and Rolaids in business.“
“First time visitors. I played it safe with the mild heat. A nice little bite to it, and some great seasonings (not just spicy). The chicken was juicy and very meaty, We definitely wasn’t hungry when we left.The manager is a great guy, he is very proud of Hattie’s and went out of his way to take care of us.
