Went thru drive thru and ordered a salad. Drove 10 minutes home and no dressing. Called them immediately. They said I have to drive back to get dressing or refund. Because I should waste 20 more minutes again to go there because your staff couldn’t put all the items in the bag. Your salad is not worth 40 minutes! Manager needs to step up.
We went to pick up dinner tonight and I ordered a salad with ranch. They forgot the ranch and we asked for two packets of ranch for our salad. Apparently dipping sauce was the closest they could grab tonight....
