Went there with my family. My daughter brought in a drink that she bought from Sonic next door. She spilled her drink. The worker came over and said no worries I will take care of this. I explained to him why she is eating sonic food here. He said there is no reason to explain she is just a child. He took her cup and filled it up with water that she was drinking. He went out of his way to put a smile on my daughter and I can never thank him enough.Kid-friendliness: The worker went out of his way to put a smile on my daughter. To me that is kid friendly.
Zaxbys!!! This place is great!!! Nice playlist!!! It seems to be a lil hangout for the younger crowd... but it's a place where families can come and dine as well!!! The food is great and always flying out of the fryer... the staff is even better!!! Located on Hghway 100 and Temple Rd.... Don't forget to try the egg rolls!!!PS... I love mixing the Nuclear and Sweet and Spicy sauces together... AH-MAY-ZING!!!!

Food was fine. Half my salad was cucumber but otherwise it was fine. The drive thru girl would just say "what else" after everything I ordered. Again, not terrible but not great. Then they asked me to pull into a parking spot and they would bring it to me. After 15 minutes I finally went in and the food was on the counter and the kids were playing around. As I left I noticed several other cars waiting for drive thru as well.

We had a birthday party for our son yesterday and ordered a wing tray and chicken finger tray. The communication with Brandon prior to our event was awesome and the delivery to our event was right on time to the minute! The chicken was still hot and had amazing flavor. There was not a piece left at the end of the party. It was the perfect choice! Thank you for an easy and great experience!

Food wasn't bad. Fries needed more love. But I'm not sure what's up with the sauce rationing. 5 chicken finger piece meal will only get you one tub of zax sauce... Their soda machine wasn't partially stocked, it's one of those everything in one deals. Coke zero was out so sad sauce on that. Dining room was clean as well as the bathrooms... well as well as one could expect anyways. It's not bad for a quick chicken infusion.
Another great meal at zaxbys . The kids working here are so nice I asked for no butter on my bun as I'm allergic , the kid cooking the food came around the counter to make sure it was cooked right . Now that's service right there ..

From the time I arrived to the time I left, it was about 20 minutes. I ordered a few salads and some extra tenders. I get all the way home about 20 minutes away, and I had ZERO dressing for my salads and ZERO zaxbys sauce for my tenders. I noticed the girl in the red hoodie was constantly checking on her phone. Very upsetting that paying attention to your phone is more important than making sure paying customers get what they paid for.

I ordered food here on the app. When my husband went to pick it up it was wrong. He went back and told them this and the lady was rude and assumed he was door dash and ate it and came back in to get more food and told him she wouldn't fix it. I didn't order thru door dash and I have no idea why she would treat him this way. Assuming things like this is wrong and upsetting. I called to get a refund and the manager put me on hold and left me on hold so I had to hang up. This is the worse service from any place ever. I will not be back.
