I tried both Hattie B and Bishops on the same day and this is my take.Pros: Their chicken is super crispy, however their tenders is more of a dry rub grilled rather than fried crispy feeling. Secondly, the sides are amazing and better than Hattie B. Also the cornbread was fantastic. Lastly the set up is a buffet style when ordering food, which is great when ordering on a go.Cons: limited parking space, sweet tea could be sweeter, and really wanted hot or Nashville style chicken....read full review
Well kept secret. Good food and pleasant folks serving it. Very crowded when we arrived at 12:30 but an hour later it had calmed down.Would recommend for a good meat and three meal.

Good fried chicken and decent sides. Cafeteria style service so line moves quickly. Plenty of seating to eat and enjoy. Nothing fancy. Just decent food you can grab quick when short on time. First time eating carrot souffle and initially thought it was sweet potato. It was delicious so try it next time you stop
