Great staff and very accommodating. Worked with my daughter. She is very shy, and they went out of their way to make sure she had fun.
Honestly, a solid choice for our big family. We have a membership pass, and it’s worth the money. We do usually get extras- food or trampoline pass, but the kids are contained and occupied for a couple hours. Sometimes a machine is broken, but it’s not a huge deal. Go on a weekday though!

The newer games seem to be geared more toward older kids, while the younger children mostly just have the cars to enjoy. I remember there used to be more games and activities designed specifically for 2- and 3-year-olds. It would be great to see more options brought back for the little ones.

Staff members are kind, and the building is as clean as it can be with many kids visiting throughout the day, making it a kid-friendly spot.
