I didn't think I could find pizza worse than Little Caesars, but lo and behold here we go! If you have a little Rugrat or your little one decides 10 of his besties need a birthday gig, I understand why you would patron this place. When I was a child and Grandma gave me a roll of quarters, I could spend half a day here living like a king! Now you have to hand your little punk your Amex gold card and hope for the best! Lord have mercy.....

It's not like when we were kids, it's much more sanitary and like an arcade. But small people are into it. Chuck. I'm coming for the high score on the one basketball machine. I was close but also not. Next time tho. Pizza was mid to low, but thats how it goes. Service top freaking tier.

This chuck e cheese is a lot nicer than the other ones around town. The staff is friendly. My grandkids had a blast so that is all that matters

When entering what should be a fun place in one of the wealthiest counties in the US it’s like being transported to a 3rd world country where rude employees talk rudely at you and people smoke at the door where kids enter. Seriously how dare these employees ruin what should be a fun safe place for the kids/ complete and utter trash employees. Attempted to be rude to me in front of my kids as well. No, no, no. Get some new employees and save what should be a fun establishment!

Most of the time this place is great! Unfortunately tons of games are broken and management was bit indifferent when it’s brought up??♂️ Kind of funny they are marketing a new and improved store and it’s exactly the opposite…

My 7-year-old loves it, but it gets repetitive and pricing for the basic food from a parent standpoint

Most games are broke and have no note. I probably got robbed of most of my money bc of the broken games. Toilet paper dispenser didn’t work. Hand dryer didn’t work. One sink was broken. The dessert didn’t come with the pizza even tho it was part of the combo ( they were out) the place is small and too many people. Just know you won’t get the best experience, I would rather drive to Alabama for theirs.

Where a kid can be a kid. Went on Jan 27th. Now it being a Saturday I expected it to be busy which it was. The only thing I would have liked to happen is when it's that crowded someone needs to be on the A/C. Yes it's been cooler out but on this day it was over 60 degrees outside. Inside had to be well over 80 degrees. Kids run around alot inside and had to take my son outside on multiple occasions to cool off along with myself. This wasn't a deal breaker, everything else was perfect. Staff was great, food was good. Clean environment I felt. ?
