Visited Hogwood BBQ for the first time today. You know you’re in the right place when they ask you if you want your brisket marbled. The brisket was honestly the best I have ever had! It was so tender and the flavor was amazing! We tried the pickles, coleslaw, potato salad, mac and cheese, and pinto beans. Every single item was amazing. The team is amazing as well. Hogwood was catered to an event at the company I work for. That was the best BBQ I've had around here! Not fatty at all. I could actually just eat it without having to pick fatty pieces out.
