Shout-out to Chaffin Arby’s tonight (2/20/22). After we ordered the computer system shut-down. As we got to the window, we were told to pull forward the food would be brought out. My husband reminded we had not paid and only had $2 cash. We were told, “we don’t know when it will be working”. Instead of say, “we can’t serve you”, we were given our food for free!

The staff at this location was friendly and happy. Kudos to the drive thru gal that served me (sorry I didn't get her name) on 3/30 around 6:30 pm. She was friendly and enjoyable to interact with and made my night with the message hand wrote on my bag. Times are especially tough and stressful during this COVID19 pandemic and you would have never known it from my interactions with her! Keep up the great work with your staff Arby's of Murfreesboro!!
The food is awesome. The waitstaff were really busy with the drive through so we had to wait a few minutes to place an on person order for dining in, but they were very nice. The dining area was clean. We will return.
