First, I love JMs and have been a customer since 2007 in Fl. On July 19 I placed an order using the Jersey Mike’s app for $30.50. The driver cancelled the delivery. I called the store and was told they could give me a sandwich I refused and they said to co tact corporate. There was not a manager available. I finally heard back from Corporate telling me I had to contact the store for a refund. I just called the store today spoke with a young lady and was told there’s no manager...read full review
