“Literally the WORST experience of my life at ANY restaurant! I paid almost $18 for a meal and got home in 18 degree weather and did not have all my items I requested! I called and the lady manager whom was on staff at the moment got SO rude with me and simply had no COMPASSION NOR CARED! Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! He was a YOUNG PUNK with NO heart or Compassion and did not even TRY to make me satisfied as an upset customer! He made the situation WORSE by ARGUING back, instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake and the bad situation they put me through. This completely ruined me for ANY Culvers! If this is how they are changing and how they treat people...They have lost my support! It's a ashame and I'm so disappointed! This store is heartless!“

If I just want to come in for a small lunch, I will be able to feel COMPLETLY comfortable! Everything is so very organized, and they have some pretty good customer service.“

“I've been going to Toots for over 20 years and as always, they have the best burgers and chicken! We prefer to pickup our food and take it home nowadays because it is usually loud and crowded, but it's a great atmosphere if you are into that thing. The Tuesday burger special and the Wednesday chicken basket special cannot be beat! Two people can eat and maybe even have leftovers for less than $20. Keep up the great work!“

“Jefferson’s is one of those spots that just gets it right. The food is consistently great, especially the burgers — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right every time. You can tell they don’t cut corners on quality. The shrimp is also a standout — perfectly seasoned and cooked with just the right texture.

If you’ve got kids, this place is a win. The kids’ meals are reasonably priced and still come with generous portions, which is hard to find these days. It’s a solid family-friendly option without sacrificing flavor for the adults.

On top of that, the service is always friendly and attentive. The staff makes you feel welcome, keeps drinks filled, and checks in without hovering. Great food, fair prices, and good service — Jefferson’s definitely earns a return visit“

After some confusion, tables were pushed together, which made seating very crowded. It was my wife's birthday, and unfortunately her salmon was undercooked and had to be remade. I appreciate that your staff did try to accommodate us and remake the meal, but the experience was disappointing given the occasion.“

The Steak Tips were delicious. Others at my table had Salmon and the Ribeye - again, nothing but raves. We are traveling from Ohio to Murfreesboro and met relatives in the area and Primrose was their favorite as well and I can fully appreciate the recommendation. Thanks again to Peyton who took care of a problem with my drink order and made it a perfect evening!“

“We were looking forward to eating at Hank's because of the reviews, but unfortunately our experience wasn't a good one. there were three of us and all three meals were disappointing. My husband ordered a BLT that definitely was nothing special. it was a very small sandwich with little substance. He did say they onion rings were good. I ordered a cheeseburger well done with mayo, hold the bbq sauce, and french fries. My burger came with no cheese, no mayo, no lettuce or tomato. When I brought it to the server's attention she went and got a slice of cheese from the kitchen and brought it to me on a plate along with a little cup of mayo. The cheese had obviously come out of the cooler. After taking a couple of bites I realized that the burger was very pink inside, almost raw. Again, I told our server and she apologized and offered to have another one made. I declined. I do have to say they have really good french fries. My son ordered the special, pulled pork nachos. my husband was almost done with his meal by the time they arrived and I had stopped eating mine. The nachos came with burnt chips and a glow of lettuce, salsa and sour cream and very little pulled pork. It was so unappetizing to look at. My son ate a few bites and I ate some but between the two of us we did not finish it, it wasn't a large plate to begin with. We will not be going back and we won't be recommending Hank's unfortunately even though we were given a discount. I'm unable to add photos or I would, I put them in the comments.“

“There were three of us for dinner. One had steamed oysters, one had the catfish basket, and the had the chicken finger basket. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. And our server Blake was top notch. He was probably one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. As we all know, eating out has gotten pretty expensive, and Toot’s Is no exception. We drove about 30 miles to eat there. We do that a couple of times a year. It was an enjoyable experience.“
