Had a large group (about 15) and dined there on a busy Thursday night. Our waitress (Briley) was phenomenal - very personable, attentive and took great care of us. Food was delicious and the atmosphere in the restaurant was upbeat and fun. My first time to eat there and will definitely be back.
I 100% recommend Champy’s for catering. I’ve ordered it twice for work events and it was a huge hit both times. I was concerned about the chicken not being crispy or warm enough, but it was perfect! Both times the delivery person was so helpful. Wish I had a better picture to share, trust me, our employees are picky and there were no complaints.
The new Smyrna location is awesome. My son has been begging me to come check out this location since he seen it being built the staff is super friendly and the food was great the wait was great. Can’t wait to come back again!

It is a best location for fun with friends or family and works well for groups, with service often described as the very best, sweet, and smooth, though there are occasional complaints about bad service or condescending staff. Some note that portions are a little small, especially the sides. A recurring issue is with orders, as customers sometimes get charged for extras that are missing or find items missing from pick-up orders, requiring a second trip. The atmosphere can be affected by a sticky floor and chairs. Overall, the food is decent and has gotten much better, making it a place many would recommend for dining alone or with friends, with plenty of parking available.
